液化气加氢热力学的研究

摘要: 计算了低碳烯烃在加氢反应中的各反应标准摩尔生成焓以及反应温度范围内的标准摩尔反应吉布斯自由能、平衡常数。计算结果表明,温度是影响反应热力学的重要因素,低反应温度有利于烯烃加氢,提高反应温度对反应热力学是不利的。在烯烃加氢反应条件选择时,采用提高反应压力,降低反应温度的方法来减小温度对反应平衡的影响,以使烯烃加氢反应达到一定深度。

Abstract: The standard molar formation and Gibbs free energy and equilibrium constant in each hydrogenation reaction were calculated, and the calculation results show that the temperature is an important factor of thermodynamics. Low reaction temperature in favor of olefins hydrogenation and high reaction temperature is unfavorable. In a subsequent olefins hydrogenation reactions, when choose conditions, it could be used to improve the reaction pressure and reduce the reaction temperature, which can reduce the influence of reaction temperature, and makes olefins hydrogenation reaction to a certain depth.
