丙烯酰胺类阳离子表面活性单体的合成及研究

Study and Synthesis of Acrylamide Series of Cationic Surfactant Monomer

摘要: 一种可聚合的丙烯酰胺类单体与不同碳链的溴代烷反应,通过改变疏水基团碳链的长度,制得丙烯酰胺类阳离子表面活性单体。利用红外和核磁共振表征了产物的结构。同时采用表面张力法(环法) 和电导滴定法测定丙烯酰氨基丙基二甲基(辛基、十二烷)十六烷基溴化(AMQC8、AMQC12、AMQC16)铵临界胶束浓度( CMC),及在临界胶束浓度时的表面张力(γCMC);同时使用紫外分光光度法测定其在水中的溶解度。实验结果表明,随着疏水基团碳链的增长,临界胶束浓度逐渐降低;Krafft 温度逐渐升高。

Abstract: A series of cationic surface active monomers of acrylamide are prepared using a kind of polymerizable acrylamide monomer with brominated alkanes of different carbon chains as materials so as to changing the length of carbon chain of hydrophobic group. The product was identified by IR and 1H⁃NMR. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) and surface tension at CMC value (γCMC) was measured with methods of surface tension and conductibity measures; the solubility of surfactants (AMQC8,AMQC12, AMQC16) was determined by UV spectrophotometry at the same time. The experiment results show that with the growth of hydrophobic carbon chain, critical micelle concentration (CMC) was decreased gradually; the trend of Krafft temperature was gradually rising.
