海洋平台渤中29-4项目全线通球调试实践

摘要： 以海洋平台渤中29-4项目为例,介绍了海底管道在试运投产前进行全线通球扫线作业中清管器的选取及相关技术参数的计算,最大限度的利用了平台设施和工艺流程,减少临时设施的使用和人力投入。结合全线通球的实际经验,指出整体通球作业时应注意的问题,对以后类似工程项目具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: For the BZ294 project, the completed pigging of subsea pipeline had been successfully carried out before putting into production. The selection of pig and calculation of technical parameters had been introduced and the biggest feature of pigging was to make maximum use of facilities and process of existing platforms to save labor cost and temporary devices. According to the practical experience, some issues of pigging operation need to be focused, and can be used for reference in the future similar project.
