摘要:         为了更好地指导旋风分离器的结构设计与优化,对旋风分离器性能预测模型的理论基础、适用性与准确度进行了研究。综述了国内外关于分离效率与压降预测模型的研究进展,结合颗粒载荷、粒径分布、颗粒碰撞与聚并、高温、高压、结构形式与参数等因素对分离性能的影响,从理论基础、建模思路、建模手段等角度对预测模型进行了对比分析,结果表明模型趋于合理化但仍有局限性。基于目前研究现状与应用形势,对预测模型的发展方向进行了展望,指出综合分析多种影响因素对预测模型进行修正以及将气固分离理论与预测模型推广到气液分离领域可能会是进一步的研究重点。

Abstract: In order to better guide the cyclone design and optimization, the theoretical basis, applicability and accuracy of the prediction models of cyclone performance were investigated. Research progress on the prediction models of separation performance and pressure drop was reviewed. Combined with the influence of the particle load, particle size distribution, particle collision and coalescence, high temperature, high pressure, structure and parameters on the separation performance, the prediction models were compared and analyzed from aspects of the theoretical basis, modeling ideas and modeling tools. The results showed that prediction models were gradually rationalized but still limited. Based on the current conditions of research and application, the future direction for development of the prediction models was prospected. Comprehensive analysis of various factors' effects on the prediction models and the extension of the gassolid separation theory and prediction models to the gas-liquid separation field might be the focus of the further research.
