C 2H4C l 2 / T i C l 4 催化制备石油树脂蒸出C 9 馏分脱烯烃研究

Decoloration of C9 Fractions in Petroleum Resin Preperation with the Catalyst of C 2H4C l 2/ T i C l 4

摘要: 首次利用C 2H4C l 2/ T i C l 4 催化制备石油树脂蒸出C 9 馏分脱烯烃的研究, 采用 G C - MS分析主要烯烃组成。结果表明, C 2H4C l 2/ T i C l 4  催化剂具有用量小、 反应时间短的优点。在C 2H4C l 2质量分数为0. 2%, T i C l 4 质量分数为1. 1%, 2, 6 - 二甲基吡啶质量分数0. 9%, 反应温度5 0℃, 反应时间3h, 可得到烯烃质量分数为0. 7 2%, 沸点≤ 2 0 0℃的无色透明馏分油。按沸程切割为1 0 0~1 4 0℃, 1 4 1~1 9 8℃两个馏分油及底油, 按其组成成分及不同质量技术指标, 符合橡胶溶剂油及油漆溶剂油标准。

Abstract: In this study,  C 2H4C l 2/ T i C l 4first used as catalyst in the decoloration ofC9  fraction which was steamed out in the preperation of petroleum resin. The impurity was examined as olefin by GCMS analysis. The results showed that  C 2H4C l 2/ T i C l 4 had the advantages of small usage and short reaction time in the catalystic reaction. Achromatic, transparent and lowtemperated distillation which contains 0.72% olefin was obtained at 50 ℃ for 3 h with reactants components of 0.2% C 2H4C l 2, 1.1% TiCl4 and 0.9% 2,6dimethyl pyridine. The distillation product was divided into two parts of fraction oil (boiling range: 100~140 ℃ and 141~198 ℃). Its composition and quality technical indicators met with standard of rubber solvent oil and paint solvent oil.
