顺酐加氢制备丁二酸酐的研究

Maleic Anhydride Hydrogenated to Succinic Anhydride

摘要: 以顺酐和氢气为原料, 以活性炭负载金属为催化剂, 在加氢溶剂存在下, 催化加氢制备丁二酸酐。考察了顺酐质量分数、氢分压、反应温度、反应时间和搅拌速度等对加氢反应效果的影响。在加氢溶剂存在下, 顺酐质量分数30 %, 氢分压3 .0 MPa 、催化剂质量分数为0.5%、反应温度80 ℃、反应时间为3 h, 搅拌速率200~ 250 r/ min 的反应条件下, 顺酐转化率在99 %以上, 丁二酸酐选择性大于90%,

Abstract: Using the maleic anhydride and hydrogen as raw materials, metal activated carbon as catalyst, catalytic hydrogenation reaction was taken to prepare succinic anhydride. The several conditions such as the mass fraction of maleic anhydride,hydrogen initial pressure,temperature,reaction time and stirring speed, which can influence the hydrogenation reaction were investigated. The results show that under the conditions of hydrogenation solvent,the mass fraction of maleic anhydride 30%,hydrogen pressure 3.0 MPa, catalyst mass fraction 0.5%, reaction temperature 80 ℃,reaction time 3 h, stirring speed of 200~250 r/min,the reaction conversion rate can reach 99% above, succinic anhydride selectivity is greater than 90%,succinic anhydride yield more than 80%.
