Applications Development of Sulfonic Acid Calix[ n]arene

The synthesis of two kinds of water-soluble calixarenes-p-sulfonic acid calyx [ n] arene and p-sulfonic acid thiacalixarenes were introduced. The synthesis proposal was  mature and the post-processing was simple. The p-sulfonic acid calyx [ n] arene had good thermal stability, which provided a good basis for the subsequent application research. The application of sulfonated calixarenes in catalysis was illustrated. The strong acidic group meet the acid conditions in the catalytic reactions. In addition, compared with other types of acid catalyst, sulfonated calixarene was easy to separate from the reaction mixture and recycle and reuse, so it was a green organic catalyst; Finally, it showed good performance when it was used as the parent compound in coordination, complexation and molecular ion recognition.

Synthesis,Characterization and Catalytic Reaction of UiO-66-NH 2 Supported Pd Catalyst

The heterogeneous bifunctional catalyst UiO-66NH 2/Pd with Pd nanoparticles has been prepared on metal-organic framework of UiO-66-NH 2 using the impregnation and reduction method. The materials were characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD), Fu Liye transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The resulting material of UiO-66-NH 2/Pd was further evaluated as a potential bifunctional heterogeneous catalyst for olefine hydrogenations and Knoevenagel condensation between benzaldehyde and ethyl cyanoacetate. The results showed that the weight percent of Pd in UiO-66-NH 2/Pd was 3.4% and the average Pd particle size of was about 1 nm. The introduction of Pd nanoparticles did not change the framework integrity of UiO-66-NH 2. The resulting bifunctional catalyst of UiO66NH2/Pd was first tested in olefine hydrogenations and the results demonstrated that the material was active and stable as a heterogeneous catalyst. It could be reused for at least 6 times without significant loss of its catalytic performance in styrene hydrogenation. Remarkably, its structure was stable during the reactions. Furthermore, it also showed good activity and recycle stability in Knoevenagel condensation between benzaldehyde and ethyl cyanoacetate.

Friedel-Crafts Reaction of Anthracene with tert-Butanol

Zeolite is an efficient, environment friendly, green and specific space structure solid acid catalyst, which is widely used in petrochemical and organic synthesis. The acidic property of the H β zeolite was prepared by using ion-exchange. The Friedel-Crafts reaction of anthracene with  tert-butanol catalyzed by the zeolite catalyst was investigated. The products were fully characterized and analyzed by GC-MS, FT-IR, H-NMR and element analysis. The mechanism of this reaction was also proposed. The results showed that the isotcane not only acted as a solvent, but also formed the  tert-butyl cation to accelerate the transformation; the zeolite catalyst exhibited high catalytic activity to afford the 2-( tert-butyl)anthracene and 2,6-di-tert-butytylanthracene which had a good industrial application prospects.

Optimization on the Extraction Conditions of Flavonoids from Cauliflower Using Response Surface Methodology

The flavonoids was extracted from cauliflower by using ultrasonicassisted solvent  and the response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction conditions. Firstly, the effects of different extraction factors (ethanol concentration, liquidmaterial ratio, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, bath temperature, bath time and extraction times) on flavonoids yield were studied. And then, Box-Behnken response surface optimization test was carried on the basic of singer factor test result. The optimal conditions were as follows: 65% ethanol, liquid-solid ratio 32∶1 mL/g, ultrasonic power 30 W, ultrasonic time 5 min, bath temperature 50 ℃, bath time 40 min, and extraction time 1. Under this optimum conditions, the actual yield of flavonoids was 1.974 5 mg/g, and it was very close to the prediction value.

Stress Analysis oft he Across Urban Gas PE Pipeline with Fixed Pier Based on the Finite Element Analysis

Aimed at the mechanical properties research of the polyethylene gas pipeline with the fixed pier had important significance to the urban gas network safety. Based on the theory of the finite element analysis, a simulate model of the polyethylene pipeline was set up. The polyethylene pipeline was simulated by using engineer analysis software ANSYS, the influence of change in the span length, diameter and internal pressure on the deformation and stress of the pipeline were analyzed. The results showed that the midspan deflection of pipeline increased slowly when the span length was below 15 m. But when the span was more than 15 m, the deflection increased sharply. The stress of the pipe also increased with the pipe span increasing. But the growth was stable relatively. Changes of diameter also impacted midspan deflection and stress. The midspan deflection and stress were decreased with the increase of pipe diameter. The internal pressure had little influence on the midspan deflection of the pipeline. But the stress of the pipe increased with the increase of the internal pressure.

Study on Dynamic Leakage of Gas Pipeline

The leakage of city gas pipeline was a complicated dynamic leakage after the valve was closed. The gas flow state and gas parameters of the leakage process could change over time. Using the model of pipeline leakage and diffusion, the changes of this process in the place of leak flow and the important parameters of center point pressure leakage were obtained. The important parameters of the leakage process were analyzed by using Origin mathematical analysis software. The results showed that the duration of the subcritical flow stage was 2 times of the critical current duration. The pressure drop rate of the critical flow and subcritical flow two stage were different. The greater was the pressure tubes, decreasing rate of critical flow stage and the greater was subcritical flow stage leakage flow. Although the critical flow stage was shorter, the leakage rate was higher, and the risk of the leakage was relatively higher. The final results could provide reference data for city gas pipeline leakage accident prevention and emergency rescue.

Study on Temperature Field Reconstruction of Cold and Hot Crude Oil Transportation#br#

The soil section model of cold and hot oil pipelines was established and the CFD software was used to simulate the variation of soil temperature field in summer and winter and soil temperature field reconstruction. The results showed that the hot oil temperature field was destroyed after 120 h after changing to transport cold oil in winter. In summer, the process was slow due to the ground temperature high and the temperature field could not be completely destroyed. When the accumulation of heat was destroyed in winter, the temperature of the hot oil need be raised to ensure the safety of transporting. Taking the example of Changchun to Jilin pipeline in winter, the accumulation of soil heat was completely destroyed after transporting 240 h cold oil .When it was changed to hot oil, the out-station temperature would be increased to 53 ℃ and transport 30 h, which could return to previously stable oil temperature field. In actual, the results could be used as a reference to ensure the transportation safety.

Adaptability Analysis of Polymer Microsphere Flooding in Low Permeability Reservoir and Reservoir Selection#br#

Polymer microspheres are used extensively in oil field which can improve water flooding efficiency of deep profile control agent. In order to better analyze and adjust the effect, an oilfield reservoir geology and characteristic of exploitation and dynamic performance of polymer microspheres after polymer flooding production were classified analysis. The reservoir adaptability and effective characteristics were also investigated. The adaptability of polymer microspheres flooding was analyzed mainly from geological factors, microspheres matching factors, and engineering factors. The results showed that the main object of tapping was the pore fracture type well group which the moisture content was 30%~50%. The matching relations among microspheres and porous reservoir roar radius and the salinity of formation water were considered, the concentration and amount of slug agents need to evaluate specially. The reservoir screening criteria was established based on the adaptability analysis of low permeability reservoir polymer microspheres. The specific screening index limit of formation water mineralization degree, reservoir permeability, and reservoir thickness were given, it provided great insurance for selective microsphere polymer flooding block.

Current Status and Development Approach of Micro-Nano Plugging Agent

The development of shale gas resources in China has been in full swing and accessed to strategic breakthroughs which effectively alleviated the contradiction between the demand and supply of clean energy. However, shale formation instability was still a technical difficulty in the operation of drilling fluids. Micro-nano particles received wide attention because it can effectively plug micro-pores in shale formations. In this paper, the importance of micro-nano plugging agent for the stability of shale gas wells was analyzed. The evaluation methods, mechanism, research and application status of micro-nano plugging agents were also discussed. From the point of the interaction between the treating agent and the clay minerals, the research and development of micro-nano plugging agent was put forward. Finally, evaluation medium and methods of micro-nano particles methods were also put forward.

Effects of Different Clearance and Inlet Flow Rate on the Mixing Characteristics of the Fluid Flow Field of Combined Screws with Tri-Screw Extruder

The three-dimensional (3D) transient finite element model was established by using Polyflow software. The effects of screw clearance and inlet flow rate of combined screws on the complex flow and mixing characteristics of polymer melt were discussed. The axial velocity, pressure and shear rate distribution of the geometric center region were analyzed through the visual nephograms. Based on the particle tracing method, the post-processing software of statistic analysis was used to analyze the axial pressure, axial area stretching rate, the probability of mixing index, segregation scale, cumulative residence time distribution and residence time distribution in different conditions. The results showed that the increase of the screw clearance could increase the residence time distribution and improve the mixing quality of the product, and the smaller inlet flow mixing effect was more ideal.

Establishment of the Oil Storage Tank Area F&EI-HAZOP-FTA Comprehensive Evaluation Model

Due to the special nature of oil depot, the occasional accident happening in the oil depot would damage the surrounding facilities, which inevitably would lead to a large number of casualties and property losses masses. To minimize the probability of oil depot safety accidents, the effective evaluation methods should be adopted for the oil depot safety evaluation. DOW was the evaluation method of safety evaluation which was very suitable for oil tank area. But DOW chemical evaluation method also had serious deficiencies. By the detailed analysis of the flaws of the DOW chemical evaluation method on the basis, the F&EI-HAZOP-FTA comprehensive evaluation model was established. Through the model of F&EI-HAZOP and HAZOP-FTA model, the "preliminary evaluation of DOW chemical process risk factors-deviation, protective layer failure probability, DOW chemical actual evaluation" closed-loop channel of data transmission and sharing was found. The safety assessment to oil tank area could be obtained more comprehensive through the model.

Research of Predictive Functional Control Based on Extended NMSS Model

The predictive functional control algorithm based on extended non-minimal state space model(NMSS) is proposed to solve the problem of big fluctuation of output and large delay. A transfer function model was set up via the step-response then discretized and transformed into state space model.The extended state variables consisted of delayed input and error.To enhance the regularity, quickness and accuracy of the input control variable,the input was expressed as linear combination of some basis function. Finally the control signal can be obtained through the coefficient of basis function. The simulation results showed the proposed algorithm had good control accuracy and tracking ability.

The characteristics and advantages of digital oil depot was introduced. The information management system of digital oil depot was established based on ArcGIS, with geographic information system (GIS) as spatial data management platform and 3D GIS technology as theoretical basis,and with Arccatalog as the spatial data management platform,Arcmap as the production platform of 2D oil depot,Arcscene as 3D oil depot production and display platform. The function of information management, location query and 3D display were realized. The practical example showed that the system was practical and intuitive to display, the work efficiency can be improvedand, which also can provide technical support for improving the management level of oil depot.

Correlation Analysis among Real Estate Development Investment ,GDP and House Price in China

In recent years, due to excessive freedom, some real estate developers' speculation and other reasons, the real estate market prices drift influenced national welfare and the people's livelihood. So this problem needed to be solved. In order to explore the deep-seated reasons affecting China's housing prices, study the irrationality of housing prices and solve the problem, the time series data was selected from 2005 to 2014, using E-view analysis software, through cointegration test, Grainger causality test and generalized impulse response function method, analyzes the impact of China's GDP and real estate development investment to changes in prices. The research results showed that China's GDP had long-term stable equilibrium relationship of prices, and price influence of real estate development and investment gradually weakened with the passage of time.

Empirical Analysis of the Relationship etween Employee Satisfaction and Job Performance of Petrochemical Enterprise#br#

The multiple linear regression model was established in the base of related theory of employee satisfaction and job performance, designing questionnaire and pre-testing for it, using one-way ANOVA to examine individual differences and analyzing the correlation with the samples of employees in F petrochemical enterprise, to research the relationship between employee satisfaction and job performance. The results showed that educational variables had significant influence on job itself, colleagues, promotion, salary satisfaction and job performance, and a significant positive correlation was observed between five dimensions of satisfaction and two dimensions of job performance.

Preparation and Performance of Polyaniline Intercalated Molybdenum Trioxide Composites Photocatalysts

       The aniline intercalated MoO3 organic-inorganic hybrid compound as precursor was prepared. Then it was treated as Oxidative polymerization in air atmosphere at 120 ℃, the polyaniline intercalated MoO3 composite was constructed. Rhodamine B (RhB) was used as the target degradation material, and the photocatalytic of MoO3 composite was investigated The effects of light time, catalyst dosage and pH value on photocatalytic degradation efficiency were studied. The results show that the MoO3/PANI composites have good photocatalytic degradation effect on Rhodamine B under the conditions of pH value of 1~4, catalyst mass concentration of 0.30~0.40 g/L and illumination time of 2.0 h, moreover that the highest degradation rate is up to 98.00%.

Acylation Reaction on the 2-Methoxynaphthalene Catalyzed by Pyridine-Toluene-p-Sulfonic Acid Functionalized  Ionic  Liquid

    Pyridine-sulfonic acid functionalized ionic liquid([PY-BS] [TsO]) is prepared by the reaction of p-toluenesulfonic acid with sulfonic groups amphoteric salt(PY-BS) that is prepared by the reaction of Pyridine with 1,4butyl sultone. Then, [PY-BS][TsO] ionic liquid can be characterized by IR, NMR. And it is chosen as the catalyst and solvent in the Friedel-Craft acylation of 2-methoxynaphthalene optimizing the reaction conditions by orthogonal experiment of L9(34). The orthogonal experiment result shows that the conversion of 2-methoxynaphthalene (2-MN) reaches 90.7% and the selectivity of 2-methoxy-1-acetyl naphthalene as the main products is 99.4% in the follwing conditions that the 2methoxynaphthalene is 5 mmol, the mol ratio of 2-methoxynaphthalene/acetic anhydride is 15, ionic liquid is 0.3 g and reaction time is 6.0 h at 120 . The main factors affecting the reaction rate and product selectivity are the reaction time and temperature.

Numerical Simulation about Bulk Temperature Distribution of Clover-Type Catalyst

      Based on three-dimensional somatic environment of the real clover type hydrocracking catalyst as the computational entity and the simulated industrial operating temperature as the boundary condition. The Fourier heat transfer equation is solved by the meshless numerical method. Then the influence of external temperature fluctuation on the internal temperature distribution of the catalyst was analyzed by using the calculated results. The analysis results show that the actual reactions in the catalyst is not isothermal reaction. At the same time, the fluctuation of the reaction temperature and the hot spot inside the catalyst have a certain influence on the temperature distribution for the catalyst cluster in the hydrocracking process. Catalyst bulk phase inner average temperature is influenced by heat of reaction, the catalyst particle size, material density, reaction space velocity and catalyst inner hotspot distribution.

Numerical Simulation of the Ice Blocking Problem in Oil Product Pipelines Using FLUENT

      The ice blocking could happen during the process of conveying products oil in the pipeline, because of the low temperature in north China in winter. The pipeline occurred ice blocking, not only oil transport was affected but also unnecessary damage of production was caused, and the potential safety hazard could exist when it became serious. Based on thenumerical simulation software FLUENT, the flow field distribution was calculated around the single and multiple ice blocks in products pipeline which were in different height. The research results showed that increasing with the height of the ice wall, the pressure difference of front and back produced nonlinear changes, the pressure distribution regularities of multiple ice also produced nonlinear changes. In the aspect of velocity, the velocity variation degree of front and back the ice block was relatively stable, but the velocity change process around the ice block was more obviously and layered effect was better, the speed distribution regularities of multiple ice blocks were similar to that of the single ice blocks.

A Forecasting Model  of Natural Gas Long-Term Load Based on SVM-GA

      Long-term natural gas load forecasting can solve the problem of the imbalance between supply and demand of city gas and provide assistance for the city gas company's management and running. In order to improve the accuracy of predicting the longterm natural gas loada forecasting model of natural gas longterm load was built based on SVM-GA(Support Vector MachinesGenetic Algorithm). The relevant factors influencing natural gas consumption was analyzed and determined. In order to improve prediction accuracy the penalty factor c and the kernel parameter g of support vector machines were optimized using genetic algorithm and cross validation methods. Optimized parameters were inputted support vector machines model and long-term natural gas load forecasting was made. In a case study from a certain citya comparative analysis was made of the forecasting results among SVM-GASVM and crossvalidation method combined prediction model and BP(Back Propagation) neural networks. The forecasting model based on SVM-GA was validated with a high prediction accuracy and the resulted relative mean square errornormalization mean square errornormalization absolute square errornormalization rootmean square error maximum absolute error resulted from the SVM-GA were lower than those from SVM and crossvalidation method combined prediction model or BP neural networks by 0.58%3.98%2.99%4.58%8.64% and 6.13%26.28%19.71%21.09%31.48%. Thereforethe support vector machine and genetic algorithm combined model can accurately predict the long-term natural gas load.

Study on Mining Failure Law of Tight Reservoir

      There is usually a starting pressure gradient in the tight oil. This article considers the seepage law of the crude oil flowing from the matrix to the fractures in the formation under the premise of starting the pressure gradient and some assumptions. Through the establishment of numerical model, the relationship between the pressure, permeability, core size and other factors and the degree of failure recovery in the onedimensional space is analyzed, as well as the threedimensional plate is drawn. The results show that when the core scale is very small, the main factors affecting the degree of recovery are the failure pressure difference. At the same time when the scale increases, the relationship between the recovery degree and the core length and permeability is more and more significant. Then, based on the conclusion of the previous the paper put forward the empirical formula considering the degree of calculation and recovery under various factors, and extend the space to three dimensions. On the basis of one dimensional revise the formula, the empirical formula of the failure rate of three dimensional matrix failure is obtained. It provides some reference for production practice.

Optimization of Activated Water Driving System for Xing-12 Test Block in Daqing Oilfield

       In view of excessive water yield of L block in Daqing oilfield, studies of activated water driving system were conduct in Xing-12 test block. Combined with block reservoir condition, suitable surfactants were selected, and optimization of driving system for activated water was carried out by the result of laboratory physical simulation experiment. It can be found that oil/water interfacial tension effectively decreased and oil recovery was enhanced with addition of surfactant. And injection pressure also rises up with increase of concentration of surfactant. In the laboratory oil driving experiment, the growth range of recovery ratio tended to slow down when the mass fraction of 1 # activated water exceeded to 0.08%. Eventually the paper combines with experiment results and methods of economic assessment, the oil driving system suitable for Xing-12 test block is screened out. That is the mass fraction 0.08% activated water prepared with betaine type surfactant and formation water, and optimal dosage is 0.25 PV.

      In the process of develop oil field, the main way to evaluate corrosion condition is to monitor the corrosion situation under the oil well, which can help guide and verify the implementation and the effect of the whole anticorrosion engineering. The corrosion monitoring system of DCMS is based on the principle of resistance, and the corrosion rate can be measured by the calculation of the loss of metal. The results show that DCMS can be used to monitor the corrosion speed rate in a realtime, and have the characteristics of high sensitivity, widerange application and so on, it can also provide intuitive test data that aim at the corrosion of underground which depends on the good predictability.

      Pressure machine inlet filter short piping could produce cracks in a short time. Crack parts of the macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, tissue imaging, scanning electron microscopy analysis, and mechanical analysis were studied. The results showed that in the corrosive medium containing H 2S, the flange and the nozzle were subjected to welding residual stress during the manufacturing process, and the welding residual stress caused stress corrosion, resulting in cracking along the embrittlement.

Study on the Microstructure and Wear/Corrosion Resistance of  WC-10Co4Cr Coating Deposited by High Velocity Oxy-Fuel

       WC-10Co4Cr coatings were prepared by high velocity oxy-fuel with different spray distances. The internal structure and wear/corrosion resistance of the coating were studied. The internal structure and phase composition of the coating were analyzed by Metallographic microscope, SEM and XRD. The microscopic structure, microhardness, porosity, density, wear/ corrosion resistance properties were tested. The results showed that the particle stayed in the jet for longer time and in the process of spraying it enlarged the melting degree as the distance increased. As a result, complete flattening of particles was gained which increased the density of coating and the property of wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The coating showed the best property of wear resistance and corrosion resistance at the spray distance of 380 mm.

Power Grid Fault Forecast Based on Model Prediction Method

      Power grid is diagnosed after a failure to prevent the fault occurred by inferring the information that the fault generated.The method of model prediction (MP) and abductive reasoning network(ARN) is proposed to forecast the power system fault. MP predicted the troublefree operation data of the power grid by using historical data, and compared with the actual grid runtime data, the difference was calculated and used as the input of fault diagnosis system. ARN was used to bulid the fault diagnosis system and solve the complicated relationships between data processing and the corresponding candidate fault section. The fault location can be found before protection device and circuit breaker by combining the method of MP and ARN. The test results showed that the model prediction method can quickly and accurately diagnose the fault compared with BP neural network method.

The experiments showed that the students' comprehensive ability could be evaluated by the rough set theory, which also provided theoretical basis for the students to improve their comprehensive quality and ability.

      E-commerce enterprise performance was one of the important issues to be considered when they developed to a certain stage, and it was realistic to research enterprise performance. SUNING was taken as an example, the typical E-commerce enterprise, 10 key factors were proposed that affected the performance and converted them into 10 key indicators to study the performance of the E-commerce enterprises. By SPSS19.0 software, the correlation test, descriptive statistics and regression analysis were made based on the 10 indicators, and the conclusion showed that the key factors influenced the E-business enterprise performance. The research conclusion would play a guiding role in the future development of E-commerce enterprises.

Determination of Quercetinat Poly(Crystal Violet) Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode

The poly (crystal violet) modified electrode (PCV/GCE) was prepared by cyclic voltammetry polymerization under alkaline conditions and the electrode was characterized. The electrochemical behavior of quercetin (Quercetin) on the modified electrode was investigated. The results show that poly (crystal violet) modified electrode has better electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation reduction of quercetin, the redox potential difference in PCV/GCE decreases, and the peak current increases obviously. The crystal violet on the electrode surface acts as a transfer mediator to accelerate the electron transport during the electron transfer of quercetin. In the PBS buffer solution with pH=6.5 and concentration of 0.10 mol/L,the differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) response of the poly crystal violet modified electrode is linear with quercetin 0.10~60.0 μmol/L, and the detection limit was 0.05 μmol/L(S/N=3).The crystal violet modified electrode has good performance in terms of stability, selectivity and reproducibility. The electrode is used to detect the content of quercetin in the liver tablets. The recovery rate is 98.97%~102.01%.

This article reported the method about the synthesis of a foursubstituted diphenyl phosphine oxide type allene compounds. In the solvent system of anhydrous triethylamine, 1,1-diphenylhept-2-yn-1-ol reacted with chlorodiphenylphosphine in anhydrous tetrahydrofuran, it got the desired product (1,1-diphenylhepta-1,2-dien-3-yl diphenyl phosphine oxide compound) in good yield. The structure was analyzed by NMR, IR, HRMS to confirme the structures of the desired product.

Catalytic Performance of a New Type Mononuclear Cobalt Schiff Base Complex for Water Oxidation

A bis Schiff base ligands was synthesized using 2-hydroxy benzaldehyde and ethylenediamine. With schlenk technique and nitrogen protecting conditions, anhydrous cobalt chloride was reacted with the ligands in a 1∶1 molar ratio to form a mononuclear cobalt (II) Schiff base complex used for electrically driven catalytic water oxidation. After purified, the complex was characterized using nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared spectroscopy and high resolution mass spectrometry. And the electrochemical performance of the catalytic oxidation of water was investigated by cyclic voltammetry using electrochemical workstation. The result indicated that the catalyst has an active electrically driven water oxidation catalytic activity under the condition of neutral pH, and the initial oxygen release potential of the oxidation peak is only 0.5 V. The multiple consecutive scan results of the CVs showed that there was no new redox reaction in the process of water oxidation.Therefore the catalytic system was with good stability. Combined with the low synthesis cost and the difficulty of synthesis and purification, the complex is considered to have good research value and application prospect in the field of catalytic water oxidation.

Residual Strength Evaluation of Corroded Pipeline Based on Effective Area Method

The residual strength evaluation of corroded pipeline carried out regularly was significant for guiding pipeline maintenance and operation safety. Effective Area Method, an important residual strength evaluation technique, was studied. A corrosion defect measure method was proposed, which was suitable for the Effective Area Method. The computer program was compiled according to the calculation model of Effective Area Method. The residual strength of an actual pipeline defect was evaluated by the Effective Area Method and Modified B31G respectively. The result showed that the Effective Area Method was less conservative than Modified B31G.

Study on the Law of Natural Gas Hydrate Sedimentationinthe Process of Pipeline Transportation

Natural gas hydrate was becoming more and more important in Chinese energy structure, which had the advantages of high gas content, low pollution and large reserves. Therefore, it was necessary to study natural gas hydrate. Aiming at the common blockage problem in transmission pipeline for natural gas hydrate, on the background of subsea level pipelines and based on the multiphase flow model, the calculating and analyzing natural gas hydrate mathematical model was established in gassolid two phase flow based on finite volume method. And the relationship was obtained between the difference of the diameter (the diameter of the pipe and the through-flow diameter) and the distance from inlet. When the inlet flow velocity and the diameter of the pipe were fixed, the stack position of the gas hydrate in the pipeline was analyzed with the difference of the diameter. Calculation results showed that with the other conditions remaining unchanged, as the increase of the distance from the pipe inlet, the change rule of the difference of the diameter was in accord with Gauss curve. Then the change rule was fitted and Gauss function equation was obtained, which could calculate the difference of diameter under a given position of pipe. Finally, through changing the diameter size of pipeline, the simulation and analysis were carried out, whose results showed that Gauss function equation also applied in pipelines with different diameters. A theoretical basis for predicting the stack position was provided in the pipeline and improving the transport efficiency of natural gas hydrate.

Experimental Study on Static Imbibition of Tight Sandstone

In order to research on the impact of imbibition effects, mechanisms and the correlation factors of the tight oil cores, the experimental devices of tight core imbibiton were established. The experiments of oil-water imbibition of tight sandstone were carried out. The effects of temperature, pressure and surfactant on the oil-water imbibition in compacted core were studied. The curves of imbibition efficiency versus time, characteristic points of curve and the influential factor of imbibition were analyzed. The imbibition law and characteristics of tight sandstone core were obtained. The results showed that the effect of imbibition was mainly occurred on the surface layer of the tight oil core. The temperature had a large effect on the second stage of imbibition. The oilwater imbibiton efficiency of the single tight oil core is about 10%, which is about 25% under the formation conditions.
