Application of Uniform Design in Preparation of Nano SO 2 -4 /SnO 2 Solid Superacid

        The preparation conditions of solid superacid SO 2 -4 /SnO 2 were investigated by uniform design , and the solid superacid was used as catalyst in the synthesis of n-butyl oleate .The optimum conditions of preparation of SO 2 -4 /SnO 2 were determined by regression analysis and single factor more level analysis , i.e ., the concentration of impregnating solution is 3 .0mol/ L , impregnating time is 0.5 h , calcinating temperature is 400 ℃, and calcinating time is 1h .Under optimum conditions, the yield of esterification is up to 99 .22%.At the same time , the catalyst was used repeatedly for 5 times without any apparent loss of the conversion and the yields of esterification is 94 .03%.

Cyclohexyl Acetate Synthesized by the Environmentally Benign Catalyst

    Cyclohexyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and cyclohexyl alcohol in the presence of solid super acid catalyst SO 2 -4 -TiO 2/Al 2O 3 .Factions of esterification reaction were stuelieel The optimal conditions of operation are as follows :the calanced temperatures of catalyst 500 ℃, n(acetic acid)∶n(cyclohexyl alcohol)2 .0 ∶1, the amounts of catalyst 2 .0 g ,cyclohane 15mL, the reaction time 2 h .Under the optimal conditions of operation, the yields of cyclohexyl acetate is up to 94 .1%.

The Water -Solubility Modification of the Epoxy Resin Coating#br#

    Epoxy -acrylic emulsion was synthesized from epoxy resin and acrylic by graft -polymerization, which is self -emulsified and self -crosslink water -borne anticorrosive emulsion .The influences of temperature , reaction time , molecular weight of epoxy resin, acid number of synthetic resin , concentration of initiating agent , solvent and neutralization agent on the dispersal stability of synthetic resin and conversion of monomer were investigated .The results show ed as follows:the appropriate mass ratio of butylcello solve to n -butyl alcohol in cosolvent is 2 ∶3 , the molecular weight of epoxy resin is over 2 900 , acid number of synthetic resin is 80 mg(KOH)/g , content of benzoperoxide is 6 % of the content of monomer , reaction temperature is 120 ℃, and reaction time is 5 hours .The resin was salified with the mixed solvent of N, N-dimethylaminopro -alcohol and water .At this time , neutralized degree is 70%~ 80% and the pH value is 7.5 ~ 8 .5 .Under optimum reaction condition , solid content o f emulsion is 20%~ 40 % and the emulsion is characterized with the excellent properties of deposit , dilution machinery and freeze -thaw .

A romatization for FCC Naphtha Fraction on Modified HZSM -5 Catalysts

    HZSM -5 was modified by different method, and the aromatization performances of different modified HZSM -5 catalysts were investigated with a continuous fixed reactor using FCC gasoline(75 ~ 120 ℃fraction).The experimental results show that order in stability of catalysts is HZSM -5 <Zn/ H ZSM -5 <Zn/ HZSM -5(hy drothermal)<ZnSn/ HZSM -5 <ZnP/ HZSM -5 <ZnSn/ HZSM -5(hydro thermal)<ZnP/ HZSM -5(hydrothermal).The hydro thermal treated ZnP/ HZSM -5 catalyst has better decr easing olefins and aromatization activity and stability .Under reaction temperature 430 ℃, pressure 0 .1MPa , liquid hour space velocity 1 h -1 , the olefins conversion rate in feedstock is 83 .55%,olefins content and aromatics content in the liquid product are 7 .28 % and 81.96 %, respectively .Especially the content of toluene in the liquid product is up to 29.36 %.

Comprehensive Utilization of Heat Energy in Steam Displacing Gathering and Transportation System

        As the steam displacing project was implemented at block qi40 in Huanxiling oil recovery factory , the process parameters of steam displacing gathering and transportation system will change .Especially the temperature of oil -well output liquid will greatly increase up to 150 ℃.The high temperature will bring out lager superfluous heat .The main aims of the research are how to recovery and make use of the superfluous heat effectively , to reduce the production and operation cost .After consulting documents and analysis three initial plans were established .They are centralized heat exchange at combined station , centralized heat exchange at metering station and heat exchange at well head respectively .Based on the results of thermal calculation of gathering and transportation system and type selection calculation of heat exchanger , the three plans were compared from economy .The result indicates that the initial investment of centralized heat exchange at combined station plan is smallest and that the heat efficiency of heat exchange at well head plan is highest .

    The machine constitute and working principle of a new three - TPT parallel machine tool was introduced,establishing the spatial coordinate of it and deriving the forward and reverse position of it on the basis .For the sake of the complicated and excessive forward positions of parallel machine tools, a few forward and reverse positions of the three -TPT parallel machine tool were stimulated by Matlab , which sets a good ground for reasoning and computing the velocity ,acceleration and power of the moving platform of it .At last , the maximum workspace of three -TPT parallel machine tool was stimulated by Matlab and measured its volume is 0.863 m 3 .

The Influence of the Network Layout in Refueling System on Hydraulic Transient

With the example of airport refuel system network, aiming at the characteristics of loop pipe network and dendritic pipeline network, hydraulic transient mathematical model was set up respectively.And use characteristic method to simulate different arrangement of refuel system network of hydraulic transient, the examples simulation results show that hydraulic transient peak pressure of loop pipe network is lower than dendritic pipeline network,and the pressure of each parts of pipeline is even more equilibrium,and stability and reliability of pipeline is better, it can decrease effectively the destruction of hydraulic transient and the effects. Therefore, the using of loop pipe network is more suitable at airport refuel system network.

The Computing Method of I-Mode Stress-Intensity Factor of Rigid Square-Ended Punch Using J-Integral

Using finite element method, the nonlinear contact between a rigid punch and a elastic half plane was analyzed. Through modeling and computing with ANSYS, the value of J-integral around the edge of the punch was obtained. The conservation of J-integral was certificated by series of data. And the contact stress intensity factor ( K I) was gained through the relation between the J-integral and the  K I. The results indicate that the  K I by J-integral was in accord with the theoretical value. At last the KI of elastic plane with different thickness was calculated by the theory of J-integral.

Internal thermal of cold wall hydrogenation reactor often may become invalidation as a result of factors such as construction quality and working conditions. It leads to the reactor partially temperature extremely high. Because of the existence of thermal stress, overheating partial wall temperature is extremely disadvantageous to the equipment safe operation. The reactor in axial and circumferential thermal stress analysis and the calculation problem were studied. The stress analysis and computational method were put forward when ultra- warm spot is the square, the circular, the ring, the ellipse etc.

Driving Mechanism of Electromechanical Integrated Toroidal Drive

Electromechanical integrated toroidal drive is a new-style transmission. Based on the theories of toroidal drive and electromagnetics, elastic force and friction are replaced by electromagnetic force, so it is contactless and non-lubriction .For the integration of transimission,driving and control, its structure size becomes smaller, and it is controllable also. Based on the force analysis of planet, space mechanics model was established, driving mechanism was discussed, and output torque formula was developed, the influence factor and influence law were analyzed. The result shows that the output torque is proportional to the factors such as planetary diameter and so on, but the increasing of planet can’t lead to the increasing of output torque.

Numeric Study on Transient Heat Imbalance Response of Turbine Rotor-Bearing System

For heat distribution in turbine rotor-bearing system being imbalance, the rotor-bearing system would produce bent and vibrated strongly when it was started up. These would make system running unsafely. The transient imbalance responses of multi-degree rotor-bearing were analyzed respectively, while it was starting and running steadily. Furthermore, the heat vibration characters of the system and the impact caused by temperature distribution and starting acceleration were studied. It provides a reference for reducing the heat vibration amplitude of the rotary machine.

Design of Spam Filtering System

Along with wide application of e-mail nowadays, a large number of spam flood into people’s life and bring catastrophe to their work and study. Now new spam is changeable which makes traditional and single method for anti-spam powerless. In response to this problem, three popular spam filtering technologies were introduced, which have been implemented on spam filtering field. After analyzing their advantages and disadvantages, The white and black lists technology, Rule-based filtering technology and Bayesian filtering technology to make the best use of the advantage of these algorithms were integrated. Consequently a layered spam filtering system model was set up, and the performance analysis of the system was made.

Handwriting Postal Codes Recognition Based on Improved BP Neural Network

In order to solve the difficult problem of handwriting postal codes recognition, an improved coarse grid feature extraction approach which simplifies network input of the neural network was introduced. BP neural network based on LM algorithm for network studying was adopted. LM algorithm is an improved Gauss-Newton algorithm. The improved algorithm further enhances precision, stability and studying speed of the network studying through the simplification of the network input. The simulation results show that the algorithm is effective on the handwriting postal codes recognition.

Nonlinear Predictive Control Based on BP Neural Network

The technology of BP neural network was applied to the predictive control algorithm which was studied. The BP neural network was used to implement identity and multistep prediction. A new type of nonlinear chaotic map was introduced into the learning algorithm of neural network parameters in order to realizing the weight regulation. The weight of the network was modified to create a reasonable multistep predictive model. Control law was modified by the deviation between the multistep predictive outputs sequence of the network and the set point sequence of the system. Simulation results show that the proposed method is effective.

Some association technologies were studied. A design model to the computer dynamic forensics system was put forward, and the detail design to the modules was given. According to the features of dynamic forensics, the method of applying data mining and multi-agent into the dynamic forensics, using multi-agent to build the architecture, using data mining technology to analyze the magnanimous data was raised. However, basic mining algorithms cannot be used to analyze digital evidence directly. So, relative improvements of basic algorithms and methods of pattern analysis were put forward, and experiment is performed to prove the feasibility.

Memory Consumption Studying of Aho-Corasick Algorithm in Intrusion Detection

Multi-pattern matching algorithm is widely used in network intrusion detection system. At present, the research is mostly focused on how to improve the algorithm's matching speed but pays little attention to the memory consumption. It is a valuable problem to degrade the multi-pattern matching algorithm's memory consumption for embedded IDS based on hardware implementation. Aho-Corasick algorithm is based on finite state machine and has O(n) time complexity. Since the algorithm needs large memory to store the state table, it has great difficulty to be applied to memory restrained intrusion detection system. The Aho-Corasick algorithm's memory consumption and several feasible AC FSM storage strategies were deeply discussed. Finally an improved FSM storage strategy was present. The experiment shows that the strategy can effectively degrade the AC algorithm's memory consumption and has little affects on matching speed.

Modify and Generalization on Minkowski Inequality of H-Matrix

First, two mistakes about the Minkowski inequality of [WTHX]H[WTBZ]-matrix were pointed by practical examples and reason of the mistakes was found on a view of theory analysis. On the base, some necessary conditions were improved and Minkowski inequality was further modified by considering [WTHX]H[WTBZ]-matrix properties, using eigenvalues’ distribution, inequality’s calculation and other methods,and the corresponding results were generalized. Second, another important inequality of [WTHX]H[WTBZ]-matrix was also generalized by the analysis of the Minkowski inequality. The modify and generalization not only offer supports to the [WTHX]H[WTBZ]-matrix theory itself, but also do good to development of biology, computers and mathematics and other related fields.

Empirical Research on the Impact of Share Ratio in Circulation to Stock Price

The stock price is influenced by many factors. The share ratio in circulation, the size of company, per share earnings and net asset value per share were considered as the important indexes which decide the stock price. Feltham-Ohlson model was expanded, and the empirical result indicates that the share ratio in circulation effects on the stock price negatively and the other three indexes also influence the price largely. In the implementing moment of the reform of dual-class equity structure, the impact of the share ratio in circulation to stock price, to provide reference for the listed companies to make their financial policies was studied, for the investors to make their reasonable decisions, for the short-term investors to make sensible choice from the aspect of negotiability.

Empirical Research on the Top Manager’s Incentive and Performance of Listed Enterprises After the Reforms of Split Share Structure

Based on the sample of 51 listed enterprises which finished split share reform, the effect on the top manager’s incentive and performance of listed enterprises was investigated, which utilizes factor analysis method to synthesize ROE,ROA,EPS,IPOS,IROE as performance of listed enterprises' scores and uses regression analysis to verify the relationship between the top manager’s incentive and performance of listed enterprises by SPSS15.0 statistics analysis software. The results show that the reform of split share structure improves the structure of company, the top manager's incentive mechanism takes active effect and improves performance of listed enterprises. The effect of share incentive is better than salary incentive.

Study on Intensification of Catalytic Cracking Process

Based on the theory of petroleum disperse system, three kinds of additives with good capability to keep the feedstock active were selected through the viscosity changes of raw materials. The results of experiment indicate that the additive can change the dispersion degree of the petroleum disperse system. When adding the no. 3 additive 0.1%, the solidifying point, refractive index and conductivity of the sample are the minimum, that is, the system is just in the optimum active state. The effect of three kinds of additives to catalytic cracking of the samples of Daqing crude mixes with 26% residue using fluid fixed bed. When temperature is 500 ℃, feedstock is 13.5~14.5 g, catalyst/oil ratio is 6, LHSV is 20 h-1, the yield of dry gas decreases by 2.5%~3.0%, coke yields decrease by 1.5%~2.5%, LPG yield increases by 2.5%~3.5%, gasoline yield increases by 2.5% ~ 3.5%, and the yield of diesel decreases slightly.

Transesterification of Soybean Oil With Ethanol to Biodiesel Using Solid Acid Catalyst

New carbon-based solid acid catalyst was synthesized from starch and p-toluene sulfonic acid,and applied for the preparation of biodiesel with soybean oil and ethanol. The effect of reaction conditions such as the reaction time, reaction temperature, the molar ratio of ethanol with soybean oil, the amount of catalyst to the yield of biodiesel was investigated. The new carbon-based solid acid catalyst shows high catalytic activity and good stability, and can easily be separated from the products. The optimal conditions are: the molar ratio of ethanol to soybean oil 8∶1, the amount of catalyst is the quality of soybean oil 7.0%(w), reaction time 8 h , reaction temperature 80 ℃. Under optimum condition, the yield of biodiesel could reach 67.4%.

Effects of Ultrasonic Method on Oil Sand Separation

As oil sand cleaning agent prepared by our own, the grit carries out separation on Inner Mongolia Zha Lai Te Qi oil under ultrasonic. The effects of ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic intensity, cleaning time, cleaning temperature of oil sand separating were investigated. The results show that under ultrasonic cavitations, under the condition of an ultrasonic frequency of 28 kHz, ultrasonic intensity of 7.06 W/cm2, the ratio of cleansing agent to oil sand 0.8∶1, system temperature 60 ℃ , cleaning time 13 min,the oil extraction rate achieve 94 %. The oil extraction rate is improved greatly under the ultrasonic wave action.

Catalytic Synthesis of Cyclohexanon Ethylene Ketal  With CuSO 4/SiO 2 Solid Acid

The CuSO 4/SiO 2 solid acid catalyst was prepared by sol-gel and impregnation methods. The CuSO 4/SiO 2 solid acid catalyst were characterized by XRD、N2-adsorption and NH3-TPD. Cyclohexanone ethylene ketal was synthesized from cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol through condensation, CuSO 4/SiO 2 as catalyst. The effects of calcination temperature of catalyst, CuSO 4 loading, catalyst dosage, molar ratio of reactants, reaction time,types and volume of entrainer on the synthesis were investigated. The results show that the CuSO 4 solid acid catalyst has high catalytic activities and good stability. The optimum conditions are as follows: the calcination temperature of catalyst is 500 ℃, the CuSO 4 loading is 20%(w), molar ratio of cyclohexanone to ethylene glycol is 1∶1.2. Under these conditions, the yield of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal  would  be 99.1%.

The catalyst neodymium trifluoroacetate was prepared and characterized with qualitative analysis, then the acetalization of benzylaldehyde and ethylene glycol was studied with neodymium trifluoroacetate as a catalyst. The effect of reaction time, the molar ratio of benzylaldehyde to ethylene glycol, the amount of catalyst and water-carrying agent on the yield of benzylaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal was investigated. The results show that the optimal conditions for the reaction are as follows: benzylaldehyde/ethylene glycol molar ratio 1.1, the amount of catalyst 0.3 g, cyclohexane as a deaquation reagent 8 mL, reaction time 2.5 h, the yield of acetal could reach 87.6%.

Pilot Test on High-Load Activated Sludge Process

A new process-high-load activated sludge (HAS) process is reported for the treatment of municipal wastewater in medium and small cities. The marked characteristics of HAS process are no primary sedimentation basin, high-load, low resident time, good sludge-settlement ability, and no sludge swell. The removing methods of the organic pollutants are mainly of flocculation, adsorption and precipitation. The full-scale test results show that the average removal efficiency of the process is 68% for COD, 65% for BOD5, 86% for SS, 24% for TKN, 20% for TP. The effluent can meet "Standards for Irrigation Water Quality"(GB5084-92). HAS process can reduce investment, operating cost and area.

Study on Petroleum Sulfonate Produced by Extract Oil of Lubricating Oil

Petroleum sulfonate is obtained through sulfonate reaction using extract oil from refining VGO.no.5 in the No.1 refinery of Fushun as raw materials and oleum as sulfonation agent in this paper. And the effect of reaction conditions such as acid/oil ratio, temperature and reaction time on product yield is studied. The yield of petroleum sulfonate is 64.14% when acid/oil ratio is 0.12∶1, temperature is 60 ℃and reaction time is 45 min. After petroleum sulfonic acid is reacted with 10% sodium hydroxide, petroleum sulfonate is obtained by extraction with ethanol and its active substance content is 42.1%, which can be used as surface active reagent.

The ethanol rectification device is the plant in which 95% ethanol is thrice rectified to make it anhydrous ethanol. The process is a batch reaction, the control system uses PLC multi-loop of the series-wound adjustment, to improve the precision of control and the automation. The advantages such as flexible control of PLC, multiple functions, the convenient key technical parameters setting and the open-and-shut interface of the operating system etc. Will finally make it applied extensively in the ethanol rectification device.

Glutamate acid fermentation waste water is a kind of high concentration organic waste water formed during producing monosodium glutamate, which has complicated ingredients and is hard to process. The main treatment technology was introduced. The present status of comprehensive utilization of monosodium glutamate waste water was described. The viewpoint was summarized and expatiated that treatment of glutamate waste water should be combined with comprehensive utilization and cleaner production. This is a new technique development trend of glutamate waste water treating. And a new kind of technique of glutamate waste water treatment is put forward to combine with the whole comprehensive utilization.

A dynamic excitation filter press for drilling fluid is a solid-controlled test machine newly developed for the modern drilling technology. The internal migration dynamics laws of the machine influence strongly the capability and effect for filtration. With foundational dynamics theory employed, the movement performance of solid-state granules on the filter screen of filter press was analyzed, and the related dynamics model is established in this paper.

Static and Modal Analysis for Eccenter Arm Based  on Finite Element Technology

Eccenter arm is an main part of VSP logging tool, which can make a VSP logging tool lean against the well wall and test stratum parameters exactly. Basing on finite element technology, using ANSYS software, static analysis and modal analysis were made for eccnter arm. Static analysis shows that eccenter arm satisfies strength and stiffness requirements. Modal analysis demonstrates that the first sixth-order natural frequency and vibrancy mode are obtained and sensitivity of feature parameters related to natural frequency was calculated. The reasearch offers a theory guidance for preventing resonance.

Numerical Study on Dynamics Characteristics of Diesel Engine’s Valve Train System

Aiming at the lack of the studies of valve train system of diesel engine, an accurate four-mass dynamics model was established based on traditional single mass dynamics model. The gearing chain was separated from dynamics model and simplified to four independent centralized masses. The dynamics characteristics of the valve train system were calculated directly by numerical simulation. And it is indicated that the four-mass dynamics model has its own correctness and superiorities compared with single mass dynamics model.

Application of P-R Equation in Thermophysical Property Calculation of Natural Gas

It is necessary to calculate natural gas thermophysical property parameters in the water power and thermodynamic calculation of pipelines. The method of solving each physical property parameter of natural gas and solving process were introduced in detail. The compression factor of nitrogen gas was obtained by using Van der Waals equation, RKS equation, P-R equation and BWRS equation respectively. It is concluded from the comparison of the experiment data that as a two-parameter cubic equation, the P-R has more accuracy than that of the Van der Waals and the RKS equation, but slightly lower accuracy than that of BWRS equation. But P-R equation has less number of parameters and is easier to compute and determine parameters. Therefore, the P-R equation gets an extensive application in the area of thermophysical property calculation.
