Abstract: The Y/MCM41 composite molecular sieve was prepared by postsynthesis method and its performance was characterized by XRD, BET, N2 adsorptiondesorption and so on. In addition, its hydrothermal stability was studied. The results showed that the optimized synthesis conditions are as follows: pH 11,CTAB and SiO2 molar ratio of 0.15,crystallization time 48 h,and the composite molecular sieve had the properties of both mesoporous MCM41 and microporous Y. The acidity and hydrothermal stability of composite molecular sieve were better than that of pure mesoporous MCM41.

摘要: 采用后合成法制备了 Y /MCM - 4 1复合分子筛, 对其进行 XR D、 S EM、 T EM、 N2 吸附 - 脱附等表征, 并 对复合分子筛的水热稳定性进行了考察。结果表明, 最适宜的制备条件为p H=1 1, n( C TA B) / n( S i O2) =0. 1 5, 晶化 时间为4 8h。Y /MCM - 4 1复合分子筛同时具有介孔分子筛 MCM - 4 1和微孔Y型沸石的特征, 与纯 MCM - 4 1分子筛 相比, 复合分子筛具有较强的的酸性及较高的水热稳定性。
