Reaction Conditions of Slurry-Bed Hydrocracking to Liaohe Residue

辽河渣油悬浮床加氢裂化反应条件的考察

Abstract:  

The Liaohe inferior residue was studied as object and the slurry-bed hydrocracking reaction to Liaohe residue was simulated by the autoclave reaction. The effects of oil-soluble dispersed Ni catalyst on residue conversion under different reaction conditions were investigated. The results show that for the oil-soluble dispersed Ni catalyst, the use of the sulfide agent is superior to without sulfide agent; sulfur is the best sulfide agent. The best reaction conditions for hydrocracking Liaohe residue using oil-soluble dispersed Ni catalyst are: oil-soluble catalyst concentration 300 μg/g, the initial hydrogen pressure of 7.0 MPa, reaction temperature is standard temperature (t+5 )℃, reaction time of 1 h.

摘要: 以劣质辽河渣油为研究对象,通过高压釜反应模拟悬浮床加氢裂化反应,考察了自制的自身含硫的
油溶性分散型镍催化剂在不同反应条件下对反应产物分布的影响。对于此油溶性催化剂,使用硫化剂的效果要明
显优于无硫化剂的情况,其中硫粉作为硫化剂的效果最为理想。用此油溶性催化剂处理辽河渣油的最佳反应条件
为:油溶性催化剂质量分数为300μg/g,反应初始氢气压力为7.0MPa,反应温度为基准(t+5)℃,反应时间1h。
