Abstract: Methylacrylic acid polyethylene glyco1 ester was synthesized by using methylacrylic acid and polyethylene glycol 400.The factors such as dosage of polymerization retarder,reaction time,reaction temperature,acid glycol molar ratio and the dosage of catalyst on the yield of product was investigated, and the product was analyzed by using 1HNMR and IR.The results show that the yeild of product reached 88.4% at optimal condition of temperature was 100 ℃, reaction time was 8 h, acid glycol ratio was 3∶1. And the mass fraction of opposite-methyl-phenylsulfon was 2.5%.

摘要： 采用甲基丙烯酸与聚乙二醇400直接酯化合成聚乙二醇双甲基丙烯酸酯,对阻聚剂的种类及用量、反
应温度、反应时间、醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量等因素对收率的影响进行了研究,并利用1HNMR和IR对产物结构进行
了表征。结果表明,较佳的反应条件是:选用质量分数0.9%对羟基苯甲醚做阻聚剂,反应温度100℃,反应时间8h,
醇酸摩尔比3.0,对甲苯磺酸质量分数为2.5%,在此条件下收率达到88.4%。
