辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐的合成与界面张力的测定

Abstract: The OPES-4 was synthesized from octylphenol polyoxyethylated (OP-4), thionyl chloride (SOCl2) by chlorination and sulfonation, using HPLC and two-phase titration to measure the yield of each step,and optimized the synthesis conditions. The experiment results show that the optimum chlorinated reaction lasted 2 hours at 70 ℃, with pyridine as catalyst, and the yield of sulfonation [KG*4]reached [KG*4]82.6% [KG*4]at [KG*4]the [KG*4]optimum reaction conditions: potassium sulfite/polye thoxychloride (molar ratio) 1.3∶1, reaction temperature 170 ℃, and reaction time 4 h. The chemical structures of the OP-4 and OPES-4 were characterized by IR and 1H-NMR respectively. The dynamic interfacial tension of OPES-4 in different salinities was measured, indicating that the lowest value is 1.5×10-2 mN/m, at the optimum salinity range 16%~20% NaCl.

摘要:  以辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-4)和氯化亚砜(SOCl2)为原料, 经氯代和磺化合成了辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐(OPES -4), 利用高效液相色谱法和两相滴定分别对各步反应收率进行了测定, 对合成条件进行了优化。结果表明, 氯代反应以吡啶为催化剂在70 ℃下反应2 h 即可完成;磺化的最佳反应条件为:以亚硫酸钾为磺化剂, 与氯代辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚物质的量比1 .3 ∶1, 在170 ℃下反应4 h , 收率可达82.6%。利用红外光谱仪和核磁共振波谱仪对产物结构进行了表征;同时考察了不同矿化度下OPES-4 浓度和油水动态界面张力的关系, 得到了OPES -4 适用的最佳NaCl 质量分数在16 %~ 20% , 界面张力最低可达1 .5 ×10 -2mN/m.
