螺杆间隙及入口流量对三螺杆挤出机组合螺杆流场的影响

Abstract:

The three-dimensional (3D) transient finite element model was established by using Polyflow software. The effects of screw clearance and inlet flow rate of combined screws on the complex flow and mixing characteristics of polymer melt were discussed. The axial velocity, pressure and shear rate distribution of the geometric center region were analyzed through the visual nephograms. Based on the particle tracing method, the post-processing software of statistic analysis was used to analyze the axial pressure, axial area stretching rate, the probability of mixing index, segregation scale, cumulative residence time distribution and residence time distribution in different conditions. The results showed that the increase of the screw clearance could increase the residence time distribution and improve the mixing quality of the product, and the smaller inlet flow mixing effect was more ideal.

摘要: 利用Polyflow软件,采用三维拟瞬态有限元模型,分析了螺杆间隙及入口流量对三螺杆挤出机组合螺杆聚合物流体的复杂流动和混合特性的影响。通过可视化云图分析了几何中心截面轴向速度、压力、剪切速率分布;采用粒子示踪技术,通过统计后处理曲线,分析了组合螺杆在不同条件下的轴向压力、轴向面拉伸率、混合指数
概率、分离尺度、累积停留时间概率函数、停留时间分布函数。结果表明,适当增大螺杆间隙能够增加停留时间,提高产品混合质量;入口流量较小时混合效果较好。
