Abstract: Zn(OH)₂ carbon composite microspheres were prepared by hydrothermal method using sucrose as template and then roasted to form the ZnO hollow microspheres. The effects of calcination rate on the morphology and pore structure of ZnO hollow microspheres were investigated. The structures of the hollow microspheres were characterized by XRD, TG, SEM and N₂ adsorption. Then, the NiO/ZnO adsorbents with 5% Ni content were prepared by equal volume impregnation method. The results show that when the calcination rate is 3 ℃/min, the specific surface area and pore volume of hollow microspheres are as high as 37.21 m²/g and 0.483 cm³/g respectively; when the adsorption temperature is 350 ℃， the pressure is 1.2 MPa, the volume space velocity is 6 h^-1 and the volume ratio of hydrogen to the simulated oil is 60, the desulfurization rate of the Ni/ ZnO adsorbent can reach as high as 96%， which has potential value in application.

摘要： 以蔗糖为模板剂,采用水热法制备了Zn(OH)2 碳复合微球,焙烧后形成了ZnO 中空微球。考察了焙烧速率对ZnO 中空微球形貌和孔结构形成的影响。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、热重(TG)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 N2 吸附等表征手段对其结构进行分析。采用等体积浸渍法制备了Ni质量分数为5%的NiO/ZnO 吸附剂,并在固定床反应器中进行其反应吸附脱硫性能研究。结果表明,当焙烧速率为3 ℃/min时,所制备的ZnO 中空微球的比表面积和孔体积最大,分别为37.21m2/g和0.483cm3/g;在吸附温度为350℃、压力为1.2MPa、进料液体积空速为 6h-1、氢气与模拟油体积比为60的条件下,Ni/ZnO 吸附剂吸附脱硫率可达96%,拥有潜在的应用价值。
