Abstract: 2,2-dipyridylandK2PtCl4 weretakenasraw materialstocompoundthePt2+-dipyridylcomplexcatalyst-Pt(bipy)Cl2,
whichwereusedinthesynthesisofmethanolthroughpartialoxidationoflow-concentrationcoalminegas.Theinfluencesofthe
reactiontemperature,initialpressure,timeandPt(bipy)Cl2dosageonthepartialoxidationoflow-concentrationcoalminegas
wereinvestigated.Theresultsshowedthattheconversionratioofmethaneingasandthemethanolselectivitywereoptimized
under160 ℃,5 MPainitialpressure,reactiontime2.0h,and20μmolPt(bipy)Cl2,which were7.15% and70.18%
respectively.Throughanalyzingthedatafromexperimentsandrelatedresearchers,itwaspredictedthatwhenPt(bipy)Cl2
catalystwasputin20% oleum,anelectrophilicsubstitutereactionmechanismcouldbepossiblyinvolvedintheprogressof
partialoxidationoflow-concentrationcoalminegas.

摘要: 以2,2-联吡啶和K2PtCl4 为原料,合成了Pt2+-联吡啶络合物Pt(bipy)Cl2 催化剂,用于低浓度瓦斯部分氧化合成甲醇。考察了反应温度、初始压力、反应时间和催化剂Pt(bipy)Cl2 物质的量对瓦斯液相部分氧化合成甲醇的影响。结果表明,在反应温度160℃、初始压力5MPa、反应时间2.0h、催化剂物质的量20μmol的条件下,甲烷转化率和甲醇选择性最高,分别为7.15%和70.18%。通过对实验数据和相关文献的分析,推测Pt(bipy)Cl2 于质量分数20%发烟硫酸中催化瓦斯液相部分氧化制甲醇为亲电取代反应。
