Abstract

Abstract:

Stress intensity factor is one of the most important parameters in fracture mechanics. Based on the principle of virtual work and material theory, adopting the crack extending energy release rate, a method to decide the stress intensity factor for double circumferential cracked elliptical pipes under tension was proposed, the G*-integral expression of the crack extending energy release rate and the formula to calculate the stress intensity factor was got. And also the relationship between G*-integral and loads, the dimension of the body and material parameters was given. The comparison of the result of this method with finite element method shows that this method is credible and convenient.

摘要： 应力强度因子是断裂力学中一个重要的参量。基于虚功原理和材料力学基本理论,利用裂纹张开能
量释放率建立了拉伸作用下双裂纹椭圆形截面管环向裂纹应力强度因子的确定方法,给出了椭圆形截面管裂纹张
开能量释放率的G* -积分表征,得出了截面管环向裂纹应力强度因子的具体表达式。同时也确定了G* -积分与
载荷、物体几何尺寸以及材料机械性能参数之间的关系。通过将其结果与有限元分析所得结果的比较,表明该方法
是可靠和方便的。
