Abstract: The synthetic evaluation index system of the technological innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprise was set up according to the technological innovation activity course of equipment manufacturing enterprise. And fuzzy synthetic evaluation was proposed to evaluate the technological innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprise. On this basis, empirical analysis was made by selecting an equipment manufacturing enterprise. The result shows that the technological innovation capability of this enterprise is average.

摘要： 从装备制造企业技术创新活动的过程出发,构建了装备制造企业技术创新能力综合评价指标体系,
并提出运用模糊综合评价法对装备制造企业的技术创新能力进行评价。在此基础上选择一家装备制造企业进行了
实证分析,结果表明,该企业的技术创新能力属于一般水平。
