Abstract: By using the fixed point theorem and differential inequality techniques, the global exponential stability of static neural networks with S-typed delays were considered. Without assuming the boundedness, monotonicity and differentiability of the activation functions, some sufficient condition was obtained to ensure the existence and global exponential stability of the almost periodic solutions. The results of this letter are new and they complement previously known results.
