Abstract

Abstract:

Based on analyzing the present fact of domestic and inter national vendor performance evaluation , the enhanced balanced supply chain scorecards (EBSCSC) regarding society environment and resources were proposed fire -newly , fully establishing the performance measurement index system from three levels and six dimensions , such as the financial value , customer satisfaction, internal process, learning and growth , resources and environmental protection .At last , an synthetic evaluation model based on entropy and analytic hierarchy process was established and proven to be scientific and rational depend on the real data from enterprises.The result shows that the index system is comprehensive , ease of manipulation , and can achieve an effective evaluation on vendor performance .

摘要： 　在分析供应商绩效评价的国内外现状基础上, 提出了更为重视社会环境和资源投入的增强型平衡记分法, 从财务价值、客户满意、内部流程、学习与发展、资源投入及绿色环保6 个维度全面建立了供应商绩效评价指标体系。最后应用熵技术和层次分析法相结合的综合评价法对现实企业进行评价, 用真实数据分析论证模型的科学性和合理性。结果表明, 所建立的评价指标体系框架系统全面、指标可操作性比较强, 可以实现对供应商绩效的有效评价。
