输油管道清管器受力数值研究

Abstract:

     Pigging technique plays a very important role in managing pipeline running .On the basis of analyzing the pigging physical model, it was established of computation model of characteristic parameters for slug flow , the dynamic mathematical model and the relative numerical calculation me tho d.A numerical simulation was realized .The results show that numerical simulation method can compute pipeline pressure distribution in the process of pigging , which can trace running situation of PID ball in the pipelines .

摘要:      管路清管技术的研究对管线的运行管理具有非常重要的意义, 在分析清管物理模型的基础上, 建立了清管器前段塞流动的特征参数计算模型、动态数学模型以及相应的数值计算方法, 并进行了数值模拟。结果表明, 利用数值模拟方法可以计算清管过程中管线的压力分布, 利用压力分布可以跟踪清管球在管线内的运行状况。
