基于VRML 的机械零部件运动仿真

Abstract:      Through introducing briefly the definition , characteristic of virtual reality modeling language (VRML)and the design procedure in the course of virtual product design , it proves that visual reality (VR) technology is no t o nly feasible in the virtual product desig n, but also ge ts good results.On the basis of this, throug h a virtual pro duct design instance , how to use VRM L to realize the kinematic simulation of the virtual products w as explained in detail .First of all , solid models throug h the three - dimensional model softw are was set up and ex ported with DXF file .Throug h VRML output interface provided by tool software such as 3DS MAX, WRL file was generated .Then WRL file w as edited in order to realize the kinematic simulation effects of machine parts.Thus, it is helpful to learn the structure of the mechanical par t , solid shape and movement characteristic .

摘要:      通过简要介绍虚拟现实建模语言VRM L 的定义、特点以及在虚拟产品设计过程中的设计流程, 说明了在虚拟产品设计中使用VR 技术不但可行而且效果良好。在此基础上, 通过虚拟产品设计实例详细阐述了如何应用VRML 来实现虚拟产品的运动仿真。首先, 通过三维造型软件完成实体建模, 并以DXF 文件格式输出, 通过3DSMAX 等转换工具中的VRML 输出接口生成WRL 文件, 然后编辑WRL 文件, 以实现虚拟机械零部件的运动仿真效果, 从而达到了解机械零部件结构、实体形状和运动特征的目的.
