铸造工艺CAD 系统的实现

Abstract:

        Taking Visual FoxPro6 .0 as a system development tool, how to use its database function and visual design method was described.A practical casting process CAD system with friendly interface was developed to introduce scientific design method into CAD system .This system can help and guide users to make technological planning according to elected scientific process design method.Instead of a processing engineer , a computer pro gram solves complicated calculating problems and inquiring problems about a large number of process data to make techno logical planning more scientific and mo re reasonable .It improves design quality and design efficiency , shortens the developing period for new products, and workouts conveniently technology documents such as casting process sheet and saves documents.

摘要:      以常用软件Visual FoxPro6 .0 作为系统的开发工具, 介绍如何利用其强大的数据库功能和可视化设计方法, 开发出界面友好且实用的铸造工艺CAD 系统;如何将科学的工艺设计方法引入CAD 系统。该系统能提示并引导用户按照选定的科学的工艺设计方法进行工艺设计, 计算机代替工艺设计人员完成工艺设计的复杂、繁琐的运算和大量的、零乱的工艺数据的查找工作, 使工艺设计更科学、更合理, 提高了设计质量、工艺设计效率, 缩短了产品的开发周期, 并能很方便地编制铸造工艺卡等指导生产的工艺技术文件, 进行工艺的存档等工作。
