Abstract:

     Nanometer cerium dioxide particles were synthesized by using advanced microwave synthesis technology , the materials included Ce(SO4)2·4H2O and NaOH,the surfactant was polyglycol(PEG)which could disperse and protect the products.The effect factors in the process of preparing nanometer cerium dioxide by microwave were explored individually , and the orthogonal method was adopted to confirm the optimum process condition.The optimum process conditions include the reaction volume of PEG is 9mL, the washing volume of PEG is 7 m L, the volume of absolute alcohol is 10mL , the microwave constant pressure is 0 .14MPa , microwave power is 232 W, and the microwave radiation time is 6 minutes.The qualitative analysis of product was done by IR spectrum , the X-ray diffraction w as used to investigate its crystalline phase and structure , the simultaneous TGA -DTA instruments was used to study the thermal stability of the samples, the UV -VIS spectrophotometer was used to measure its UV -VIS absorption capability . Experiments reveal that the particle diameter is 24.9 nanometer ;it exhibits excellent absorption capability between 280 and 400 nanometer in UV ray region and high transparency between 400 and 800 nanometer in the visible region .

摘要:      以Ce(SO4)2·4H2O 和NaOH 为反应原料, 聚乙二醇(PEG)作为表面活性剂起到分散和保护产品的作用, 用新型的微波合成技术制备纳米CeO2 。对微波制备纳米CeO2 工艺中的影响因素进行了考察, 并且作了正交优化设计实验, 得到最佳制备工艺条件:PEG 的反应体积为9 mL, PEG 的洗涤体积为7 mL, 无水乙醇的体积为10mL, 微波恒压为0.14 MPa , 微波功率为232 W, 微波辐射时间为6 min。采用红外光谱仪对产品进行定性分析, 采用X-射线衍射仪分析其晶相结构, 采用差热-热重联用分析仪对样品热稳定性进行分析, 采用紫外-可见分光光度计测定其吸光性能。实验结果表明, 产品颗粒粒径为24 .9 nm , 在280~ 400 nm 对紫外线具有较好的吸收, 在400 ~800 nm 对可见光有较好的透光性。
