开槽管板机械胀与液压胀技术研究

Abstract: Through the expansion joint process,this paper adopts mechanical expansion pipe, hydraulic pipe expander and hydraulic pipe expander to carry out the pipe expansion test by using the expansion process. Expanding test is made by studying the expansion performance with different groove width and the expansion performance with different expanded joint technologies of the expended joint performance under the same groove width, the adaptive expansion technique is determined by comparison. The research results show that the experimental method is reasonable and the data is full and reliable. In order to study the connection between heat exchanger tube and tube plate, cheak the tube expanding quality of expending tube and the expanding character of tube material, determining the best expanding coefficient, testing the surface quality of expanding part and the enclosure character, to provide experimental evidence.

摘要: 通过胀接工艺,采用机械胀管器、液压胀管机及液压式胀杆器对其进行开槽管板胀接实验,研究了不同槽宽下同种胀接的胀接性能,以及不同胀接在同种槽宽下的胀接性能,并通过对比确定了适宜的胀接技术。结果表明,实验方法合理,数据充实可靠,可为研究换热管与管板之间的连接、检查换热管与管板贴胀质量及管材的胀接性能、确定最佳的胀度、检验胀接部位的外观质量及接头的密封性能提供实验依据。
