含锆复合氧化物催化剂的制备方法研究进展

Abstract: Composite oxides are of great interest to researchers due to their excellent physicochemical properties, while zirconium⁃containing composite oxides are used in catalytic hydrodesulfurization, dearomatization, gas phase Beckmann rearrangement reactions of cyclohexanone oximes, and removal of organic contaminants that have wide range of applications. This article reviews the three main preparation methods for zirconium⁃containing composite oxide catalysts (sol⁃gel method, hydrothermal synthesis method, co⁃precipitation method) as well as the defects and advantages of these three methods. Some other preparation methods are also briefly introduced.

摘要: 复合氧化物因其优异的物化性能引起研究者的极大兴趣,而含锆的复合氧化物在催化加氢脱硫、加氢脱芳烃、环己酮肟气相 Beckmann 重排反应、有机污染物脱除等方面应用广泛。文章综述了含锆复合氧化物催化剂的三种主要制备方法(溶胶凝胶法、水热合成法、共沉淀法)以及这三种方法的缺陷与优势,也简要介绍了一些其他的制备方法。
