酮苯脱蜡管线振动的分析与改造

摘要:      抚顺石油二厂酮苯脱蜡车间J-63 运行时导致管道产生剧烈振动, 从而使管道系统不能稳定工作, 影响正常安全生产。应用有限单元法对管系进行数值模拟计算, 进行振型分析、谐振动态分析、稳态分析, 分析了管线振动的原因并使用CAMD-6100 型旋转机械状态检测与故障诊断系统进行现场实测。实验结果表明, 有限元数值模拟结果与现场测试结果吻合较好, 在此基础上分析管道的动态振动特性, 寻求合理的管道结构参数, 以缓解振动,提高企业生产安全性。

Abstract:

     Owing to pipelines severe vibration because of running of J -63 inketone -benzo l-dew axing plant of the No .2 oil factory in Fushun, the pipeline system can't work stably , which impacts the safety production.Numerical simulation of pipeline system was calculated for the modal analysis , consonance dynamic and steady -state analysis .The reason of pipeline vibration was analyzed using finite element method(FEM), and the pipeline vibration was detected o n-site through state test and failure diagnosis system of CAMD-6100 rotator .It indicates that the simulation result of FEM is approximated to the test result on the spot.The reasonable pipeline structure parameters can be found on the basis of analyzing dynamic vibration performance of pipelines for reducing vibration and enhancing the production security .
