催化裂化油浆糠醛分离及应用

摘要:         为了增加催化裂化(FCC)装置的处理量, 提高轻质油的收率, 需要大量的外甩油浆。而大量的FCC油浆外甩导致部分可裂化的烷烃、芳烃等理想组分进入油浆, 从而造成FCC 原料的损失。目前FCC 油浆除作为燃料油外, 只是部分作为其他装置的调和组分, 利用率较低。为了充分合理的利用油浆, 采用糠醛分离油浆的方法, 可以有效地将油浆的可裂化组分与稠环芳烃分离。实验结果表明, 油浆中可裂化组分可以作为催化裂化或加氢裂化原料;富含芳烃的馏分可以用于生产增塑剂、软化剂、沥青等化工产品, 具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:

        In order to increase the processing quantity of the catalytic cracking unit and the recovery of its light oil , it is necessary to discharge the slurry oil largely .This makes part of alkane and aromatics, which are the ideal components for the refinery , into the slurry oil causing the FCC feedstock loss.At present , the discharged slurry oil is partly used as the blending component for other units besides as the fuel oil , so , it is under utilized .To lift the reasonable utilization of it , furfural ex traction w as used to separate the slurry oil, this method can effectively separate the cracking part and the faction containing mass aromatics in slurry .The results show :the cracking par t of the slurry can be used as catalytic cracking feedstock or hydrocracking feedstock ;the faction containing mass aromatics can be applied to produce such chemicals as plasticizing agent , softening agent , asphalt , and so on.I ts application is an optimistic one .
