The Optimization for Grouting Hole of Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Stent

摘要: 力学性能好、 经济效益佳的钢管混凝土支架已经成为一种新型巷道支护材料, 但是在使用过程中有
时会出现注浆孔附近管壁开裂的问题, 严重削弱其支护性能。运用数值模拟的方法对已出现注浆孔开裂的钢管混
凝土支架进行了结构分析。结果表明, 注浆孔附近管壁开裂的主要原因是孔边的应力集中。同时, 根据数值计算的
结果提出了首选的开孔位置, 从而从根本上降低了注浆孔开裂的概率, 保证了支架的支护稳定性。此分析方法具有
很好的适用性, 在辛置矿上的应用效果也证明了此分析方法的合理性。

Abstract: Concrete-filled steel tubular stent which owns good mechanical properties and good economic benefit has been a new the roadway supporting materials. However, grouting hole cracked in some use, weakening the support performance seriously. Numerical simulation is applied to analyze the structure of the stent that has cracked, finding cracking is mainly due to stress concentration of the hole edge, and determining the preferred position of grouting hole, it can reduce the probability of cracking on grouting holes radically, ensuring the stability of concrete-filled steel tubular stent, and the analysis has general applicability, the application of Xinzhi further demonstrates the rationality of this method.
