石化企业员工满意度与工作绩效关系的实证研究

Empirical Analysis of the Relationship etween Employee Satisfaction and Job Performance of Petrochemical Enterprise#br#

摘要: 在研究员工满意度和工作绩效相关理论的基础上,以F石化企业的员工为研究样本,设计调查问卷并进行问卷的预测试,运用单因素方差分析检验了个体的差异性,通过相关分析和建立多元线性回归方程,对F石化企业的员工满意度和工作绩效关系进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,学历对工作本身满意度、同事满意度、晋升满意度、薪酬满意度以及工作绩效有显著影响,满意度五维度与工作绩效二维度之间呈显著的正相关关系。

Abstract:

The multiple linear regression model was established in the base of related theory of employee satisfaction and job performance, designing questionnaire and pre-testing for it, using one-way ANOVA to examine individual differences and analyzing the correlation with the samples of employees in F petrochemical enterprise, to research the relationship between employee satisfaction and job performance. The results showed that educational variables had significant influence on job itself, colleagues, promotion, salary satisfaction and job performance, and a significant positive correlation was observed between five dimensions of satisfaction and two dimensions of job performance.
