脱水沉降罐经济保温层厚度的逆向优化计算

Determine the Economic Thickness of the Insulation Layer on the Dewatering Settlement Tank

摘要: 在确定沉降罐内的最佳脱水温度的情况下, 分析了大罐的能量平衡, 通过逆向运算求出了一次沉降罐出口温度。利用油品升温所需的燃油费用以及加设不同厚度保温层所需的总投资费用, 建立了综合费用为最优的数学模型, 通过C++程序进行求解得出了经济保温层厚度。经优化求解确定的大罐的经济保温层厚度约为6 8mm, 最低总费用约为1 4 5. 6 3万元。

关键词: 沉降罐, 保温层厚度, 优化计算, 数学模型, 脱水温度

Abstract: In the case of determining the optimum dehydration temperature in the settling tank, the settling tank outlet temperature was obtained by a reverse operation based on the analysis of sedimentation tank of energy balance. One optimal mathematical model, which used fuel oil heating cost and additional insulation layers with different thickness of the total investment cost at least, was established and solved by C++ program. According to the optimized calculation, the optimal insulation thickness was about 68mm and the lowest total cost was about 1.456 3 million yuan.
