摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以创业板制造业上市公司2 0 1 0 - 2 0 1 2年数据为研究样本, 将影响绩效的公司治理结构内部因素和外部因素结合起来, 并引入控制变量, 通过S P S S 1 9. 0软件分析了创业板制造业上市公司治理结构与绩效的关系。结果表明, 创业板制造业上市公司治理结构与绩效具有一定的相关关系。

关键词: 创业板 , 制造业 , 内部治理结构 , 外部治理结构 , 绩效

Abstract: The corporate governance structure of internal and external factors were listed in this article to the GEM manufacturing 20102012 data for the study sample, it would affect the performance of the combine and the introduction of control variables, listed on the GEM manufacturing software analysis by SPSS19.0 relations corporate governance and performance. The results showed that GEM manufacturing corporate governance structure and performance has a certain relevance.
