玻璃熔窑硅砖侵蚀与硅质缺陷关系的研究

摘要: 分析了耐火材料产生的结石和条纹、着色、气泡三种缺陷,在论述硅砖性能的基础上,分析了硅砖侵
蚀受到材料本身显微结构和玻璃生产工艺条件双重影响缺陷的形成机理,并探讨了影响玻璃质量的原因。结果表
明:工作面温度超过1470会在硅砖表面生成方石英晶体,高温烟气存留过多对碹顶和后山墙的冲击加剧,以天然
气为原料,按照方案一实施2# 炉的助燃风流量最高可达到7200Nm3/h。

Abstract: The defects including stone and stripes, coloring, bubble are analyzed in this paper. Based on the properties of silica brick, defect formation mechanism affected by erosion material microstructure and glass production process conditions has been investigated, and their influence on glass quality has been discussed as well. The results show that quartz crystal will be generated on the silica brick surface when the working temperature is above 1 470 ℃, and high temperature flue gas retention has an intensified impact on the crown and gable. With natural gas as raw material, the combustion air flow in No. 2# oven can reach 7 200 Nm3/h according to scheme 1.
