摘要: 中红外光谱和近红外光谱具有快速、无污染、无破坏性特点,是对物质成分进行定量分析的有力工
具。2种红外光谱又各具特色,从光谱产生机制、光谱分析模型和光谱仪器设计等角度进行分析对比,探讨2种光谱
的各自优势和不足,为实际工作中光谱的选择提供依据。以烃源岩岩屑为研究对象,用中红外光谱和近红外光谱分
别进行了分析。结果表明,当用小波多尺度正交校正方法对原始光谱进行预处理后,可明显提高近红外光谱分析模
型的准确性和稳定性,得到与中红外光谱分析模型相一致的结果。

Abstract: Nearinfrared (NIR) and midinfrared (MIR) spectroscopy are powerful tools for quantitative analysis of material composition due to its rapid, nonpolluting, nondestructive characteristics. The two infrared spectra show different characteristics. The advantages and shortcoming of the two spectra were analyzed and compared in the view of the mechanism, spectral analysis models and spectral instrument designs of the two spectra. This provided a good method for the selection of suitable spectroscopy. The hydrocarbon source rocks were analyzed by both midinfrared spectroscopy and nearinfrared spectroscopy. The wavelet multiscale direct orthogonal signal correction (WMDOSC) method was used to preprocess original NIR and MIR spectra. The results show that this method can significantly improve the accuracy and stability of the nearinfrared spectral analysis model, and the results of nearinfrared spectral analysis model are consistent with that of midinfrared one.
