硅钨酸锡催化合成油酸正丁酯

摘要: 合成出硅钨酸锡催化剂,进行了XRD和TG的表征并用于油酸和正丁醇的酯化反应。考察了酸醇物
质的量比、催化剂与油酸的质量比、反应时间和反应温度对酯化反应的影响。在最佳实验条件下,油酸的转化率最
高为90.4%。

关键词: 硅钨酸锡 , 油酸正丁酯 , 酯化反应

Abstract: The catalyst stannum silicotungstat was prepared and characterized, then the esterification of nbutanol and oleic acid was studied. The effect of molar ratio of acid to alcohol, the amount of catalysts, reaction time and reaction temperature were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the conversion ratio of oleic acid is 90.4%.
