摘要: 以柔性转子实验台为研究对象,采用DASP灢v10分析软件模拟了转子不平衡和不对中两种典型故障,
对电涡流传感器、压电加速度传感器采集到的信号进行了机理分析,给出了在正常和故障两种情况下的时域分析、
频域分析及轴心轨迹图,并将实验结果与理论分析进行了比对,验证了转子振动时两种典型故障的识别特征,从而
对旋转机械系统的故障机理和故障诊断有了更深入的了解。

关键词: 转子系统 , 振动测量 , 故障诊断 , 不平衡 , 不对中

Abstract: Based on the flexible rotor testbed as the research object, used DASPv10 analysis software to simulate the rotor imbalance and misalignment of two typical faults, the mechanism analysis were made for the collected signal from the eddy current sensor and the piezoelectric acceleration sensor. The experiments gave the timedomain analysis, frequencydomain analysis and axis path diagram in the case of normal and fault two cases,compared the experimental results with the theoretical analysis. It verified the two typical fault identification features of rotor vibration, making a better understanding of the fault mechanism and fault diagnosis of the rotating machinery system. 
