USY吸附脱除页岩柴油中的碱性氮

Adsorption Removal of Basic Nitrogen in the Shale Diesel by USY Molecular Sieve

摘要: 以USY分子筛为吸附剂,采用静态吸附的方法,对桦甸页岩柴油进行了吸附脱氮的研究。实验考察
了吸附时间、吸附温度和剂油质量比对脱氮率的影响。实验结果表明,当吸附时间为30min、吸附温度为120 曟、剂
油质量比为0.03g/g时,脱氮率达到最高,为30.73%,静态平衡吸附量为27.2mg/g,经多次再生,脱氮率仍在25%
以上。对吸附脱氮进行了动力学研究,结果表明,Y分子筛吸附脱氮过程符合二级吸附速率方程。

Abstract: Adsorption removal of basic nitrogen compounds in the shale diesel with USY molecular sieves was investigated. The effect of adsorption time, temperature and adsorbent/oil weight ratio on the nitrogen removal rate was studied, and found that highest nitrogen removal rate (30.73%) are obtained under the following conditions: the adsorbent to oil weight ratio of 0.03, the adsorption temperature of 120 ℃, the adsorption time of 30 min. Simultaneously, the static equilibrium adsorption capacity can reach 27.2 mg/g. After regenerated for several cycles, the removal rate of basic nitrogen compounds is still more than 25%. Adsorption kinetics suggested that adsorption denitrogenation follows the second-order equation.
