铜、20# 和X80钢在辽河油田土壤溶液中电化学测试分析

摘要: 采用实验室电化学模拟实验,即极化曲线技术和电化学阻抗测试技术,研究了铜、20# 钢、X80钢在辽
河油田典型地块土壤溶液中的腐蚀,测试了这3种不同金属材料在土壤配制溶液中的腐蚀规律。实验结果表明:在
土壤配制液中铜的抗腐蚀能力最强,X80钢次之,20# 钢抗腐蚀能力最弱。

Abstract:  

Using laboratory electrochemical simulation experiment, namely the polarization curve technology and electrochemical impedance test technology, the corrosion of copper, 20# steel, X80 line pipe steel were researched in soil solution of Liaohe oilfield typical plot. The corrosion rule of   this three different metal material in soil preparation solution was tested. Experimental results show that copper corrosion resistance is the strongest, X80 line pipe steel next and 20# steel corrosion resistance is the weakest in soil preparation solution.
