废旧SBS改性沥青混合料再生技术

摘要: 废旧SBS改性沥青的再生是研究废旧SBS改性沥青混合料再生技术的基础。分别把ST-1和ST-
2两种废旧SBS改性沥青混合料,采用溶剂抽提的方法抽提出旧沥青,并进行理化性质及组分分析,根据其性质和组
成情况选择A# 剂与B# 剂作为再生剂,调配出符合公路沥青路面施工技术规范(JTGF40-2004)聚合物改性沥青技
术要求的重交道路石油沥青。

关键词: SBS改性沥青混合料 , 旧沥青 ,  , 再生剂 , 调和

Abstract:  

The regeneration of waste SBS modified asphalt is the basis of recycling technology SBS modified asphalt mixture. ST-1 and ST-2 which are waste SBS modified asphalt mixture, the waste asphalt were extracted by solvent extraction methods, physical and chemical properties of the waste asphalt and component analysis were carried out, according to the nature and composition, the A# and B# agent were chosen as regenerant to deploy the heavy traffic road asphalt that meeting the technical specifications of asphalt pavement (JTG F40-2004) technical requirements for polymer modified asphalt.
