膨润土的挤条成型及机械强度改良

Extrusion Moulding of Bentonite and the Improvements of Its Mechanical Strength

摘要: 利用脱色处理后的膨润土进行了挤条成型实验,并研究改良酸处理后的产品在挤条时的难易程度和型条的机械强度。考察了成型过程中水的用量、添加剂的用量对挤条过程以及型条机械强度的影响。结果表明,在膨润土的挤条成型中,每100 g膨润土中水的最佳用量为60 mL,成型润滑剂浓硝酸的最佳用量为5 mL,成型粘结剂田菁粉的最佳用量为2.5 g,挤条后的型材的机械强度由未酸化处理和及未加添加剂时的45 N/cm2增加到112 N/cm2。

Abstract: The extrusion moulding experiments on the bleaching bentonite was carried out to make the extrusion easy and improve the products' mechanical strength. Influences of amounts of water and the additive on extrusion and mechanical strength were studied. It was indicated that the optimum amounts of water, in per 100 g bentonite, moulding lubricant and cementing material are 60 mL, 5 mL, and 2.5 g respectively. The strength of bentonite is increased from 45 N/cm2 to 112 N/cm2 after acid treatment.
