偏振棱镜干涉光谱仪的色散特性研究

Dispersive Properties of Interferential Spectrometer With Polarizing Prism

摘要:         给出了Wollaston 棱镜中o 光与e 光的光程差以及光程差色散的表达式。通过曲线拟合和优化推出了方解石晶体的色散公式及色散率。在此基础上对光程差及光程差色散进行了计算机模拟。结果表明, 对方解石Wollaston 棱镜干涉光谱仪, 以入射位置为空间变量具有很好的线性, 以入射角为空间变量光程差线性稍差。而色散对方解石Wollaston 棱镜干涉光谱仪工作的影响主要在短波段(0 .4 ~ 0 .7 μm), 在长波段(0.7~ 1.16 μm)对色散的影响不大。

Abstract:

  The analytic expressions about the OPD(optical path difference)between o ray and e ray , and the dispersion of the OPD were presented .The dispersion formulas and dispersion powers of the calcite were derived by the help of curve fitting and optimizing .Then the OPD and the dispersion of the OPD were simulated by computers.The results show that for Wollaston prism spectrometer , the OPD is linear function of incidence position while the incidence position is taken as the spatial variable ; the linearity of the OPD turns worse while the incidence angle is taken as the spatial variable .The dispersion effect on Wollaston prism spectrometer with calcite exists mainly in the short -wavelength region(0 .4~ 0.7μm), and the effect in the long -wavelength region(0.7~ 1 .16μm)is small.
