20#钢热浸镀铝的防腐蚀研究

The Corrosion Protection of Hot -Dip Aluminizing on 20# Steel

摘要:      选取换热器中较为常用的材质20 #钢作为研究对象, 研究了20 #钢热浸镀铝的抗腐蚀性能, 使用便携式瞬时腐蚀速率测量仪对20#钢热浸镀铝前、后的试样在酸性腐蚀介质和碱性腐蚀介质中的年腐蚀速率进行了测试。实验结果表明, 20 #钢热浸镀铝前的平均年腐蚀速率是热浸镀铝后平均年腐蚀速率的3 到6 倍。通过对机理的分析验证了20 #钢换热器整体热浸镀铝后具有较高的耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:

   Taking 20# steel commonly used in heat exchanges as a study object , its anticorrosion of hot -dip aluminizing was researched.As for before and after samples were hot -dip aluminized in acid and alkali corrosion medium , portable apparatus for measuring the instantaneous corrosion rate was used to test the yearly corrosion rate of 20# steel .The experiment results show that the average yearly corrosion rate of 20# steel before hot -dip aluminizing is three to six times of that after hot -dip aluminizing .Through the analysis for the mechanism , it has been proved that the heat exchanger will have good corrosion protection after hot -dip aluminizing .
