摘要:         为了提高PACKER 内拉杆的抗振能力, 进行振动特性分析是十分必要的。利用ANSYS 软件, 分别采用粗网格和细网格两种方案进行网格划分, 运用子空间法进行模态分析, 得出PACKER 内拉杆的前5 阶固有频率和振型。理论计算与实验测得的结果基本一致, 表明数值模拟技术是正确高效的手段, 并得出了网格粗细对模态分析结果无关。采用粗网格可以提高计算效率。

Abstract:

 In order to improve the antivibration ability of PACKER inner pull rod , it is necessary to analyze its vibration char acteristics. On the basis of ANSYS software , grid partition adopted coarse grids and fine grids respectively , modal analysis was implemented by utilizing a subspace method, and the first five inherent frequencies and vibration type were obtained. That theory results accord basically with testing results shows that numerical simulation technology is an efficient method and the thickness of grids doesn't influence modal analysis results. Using coarse grids can improve calculative efficiency .
