廉价高分子吸附剂处理含Cr(Ⅵ )电镀废水

摘要:         在静态条件下用改性的壳聚糖、海带、泥炭吸附电镀废水中重金属离子Cr(Ⅵ ), 探讨了废水pH 、吸附时间、吸附剂用量、铬液初始质量浓度对去除Cr(Ⅵ )效果的影响。结果表明, 在废水pH 为1. 0 ~ 2. 0, 吸附时间为120 min , 按Cr(Ⅵ )与吸附剂质量比1 ∶200 投加吸附剂进行处理, Cr(Ⅵ )去除率可达99 %以上。含Cr (Ⅵ )的电镀废水经改性壳聚糖吸附后, 废水中Cr(Ⅵ )的含量均低于国家排放标准。

Abstract:

     The adsorption of heavy metallic ion Cr(Ⅵ ) in electroplating wastewater on the modified chitosan , modified kelp and modified peat was studied under the condition of static state. The effects of pH of wastewater , adsorption time , absorbents quantity , initial mass concentration of Cr(Ⅵ ) in wastewater were discussed. The results show that the removal rate of C r(Ⅵ ) is more than 99 % under the conditions of the pH range of 1. 0~ 2. 0 , adsorption time of 120 min and the mass ratio of C r(Ⅵ ) to adsorbent of 1∶200. Then the electroplating wastewater containing Cr(Ⅵ ) is adsorbed by modified chitosan, the content of C r(Ⅵ ) in waste water is lower than effluent discharge standard.
