摘要/Abstract

摘要： 摘要: 以采矿业在深沪两市上市的6 7家 A股上市公司为样本, 对样本公司从2 0 1 0年到2 0 1 2年的社会责
任与企业绩效进行了实证分析。分析结果表明, 采矿业社会责任与企业绩效之间具有线性关系; 债权人责任、股东
责任、国家责任与企业绩效显著正相关; 员工责任、社会责任、环境责任与企业绩效具有相关性。

关键词: 采矿业, 上市公司, 社会责任, 企业绩效, 回归分析

Abstract: Taking 67 Ashare listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen in the mining industry as samples, the empirical analysis of sample companies social responsibility and corporate performance was done from 2010 to 2012. The conclusions show that a linear relationship between the mining industry social responsibility and corporate performance| the relationship was significantly positive among creditors responsibility, shareholder responsibility, national responsibility and corporate performance| and the relationship was relevant among employee responsibility, social responsibility, environmental responsibility and corporate performance.
