数显测温系统设计与特性的研究

摘要: 用晶体三极管PN结做温度传感器,用集成运放OP07等做放大电路,用数字电压表做A/D转换器,
制作了测量精度可达0.01℃的数显温度计。主要介绍数显温度计的传感器原理和硬件电路以及工作原理,实验测
试表明,所设计的数显测温系统达到要求。

Abstract: A digital thermometer with 0.01 ℃ precision was introduced, whose A/D converter is made of the digital voltmeter, whose magnify circuit is made of the integrated operational amplifier OP07 and whose temperature sensor is made of a transistor tube. The principle of temperature sensor and the procedures of the hardware structuring as well as working principle of this kind of digital thermometers were introduced. The experiments and tests results show that the digital measuring temperature system has up to the required standards.
