摘要: 介绍如何利用SLP对某液压件厂进行总体的平面布置设计;通过对该液压件厂基本要素分析和作业
单位之间的物流分析,运用经典的系统布置(SLP)理论求得设施间的相互关系;根据物流关系确定目标参数值,采用
遗传算法求解具体的平面布置优化方案;最后对优化的平面布置方案用成本比较法进行评估,证明了用SLP进行平
面布置的可行性和优化性。

Abstract:  

It was introduced using SLP method on the overall layout of the hydraulic parts factory; Through the basic elements analysis of the hydraulic parts factory and operational units of material flow analysis, obtaining the facility relationship based on the theory of classical systematic layout planning. According to the relationship between logistics targeting parameter values, and it adapted a genetic algorithm to find out the suitable plant layouts; Finally, the optimized layout of the program is cost-comparison method to assess evidence for using SLP layout of the feasibility and optimization.
