正交实验法研究ZrO2/SiO2 复合溶胶稳定性

Abstract: ZrO2/SiO2 composite sol was prepared by hydrolysis,polycondensation,a certain period time,materials of TEOS,ZrOCl2·8H2O,ethanol,water,HCl and additive DMF. The effect of temperature, nZrOCl2)/n(TEOS), n(H2O)/n(TEOS),n(DMF)/n(TEOS) and pH on composite sol stability was explored by orthogonal test. It shows the influencing sequence is n(ZrOCl2)/n(TEOS)>temperature>n(DMF)/n(TEOS)>n(H2O)/n(TEOS)>pH. The n(ZrOCl2)/n(TEOS) has greatest influence on sol stability, with the increase ratio the worse sol stability. Temperature and n(DMF)/n(TEOS) impact is secondary,sol stability decreased as increasing temperature,whereas enhanced as increasing content of DMF. In the relatively small water content,n(H2O)/n(TEOS) is about 9~15, sol stability first increased and then decreased with increasing water. As the pH<7,sol stability increased with greater pH.

摘要:  以正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)、氧氯化锆(ZrOCl2 · 8H2O)、乙醇(EtOH)和水为原料, 盐酸(HCl)为催化剂, N , N -二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为添加剂, 经水解、缩聚, 停留一段时间后, 制备了ZrO2/SiO2 复合溶胶。利用正交实验考察了温度、n(ZrOCl2)/n(TEOS)、n(H2O)/ n(TEOS)、n(DM F)/ n(TEOS)以及pH 值对ZrO2/SiO2 复合溶胶稳定性的影响。结果表明, 对溶胶稳定性影响的强弱顺序为n(ZrOCl2)/ n(TEOS)>温度>n(DM F)>n(TEOS)>n (H 2O)/ n(T EOS)>pH 值。n(ZrOCl2)/ n(TEOS)对溶胶稳定性影响最大, 随着比值增大, 溶胶稳定性降低。其次是温度、n(DMF)/ n(TEOS)对溶胶稳定性影响, 随温度升高溶胶稳定性降低, 随n(DMF)/n(TEOS)比值增大, 溶胶稳定性升高。当n(H2O)/ n(TEOS)取9~ 15, 随n(H 2O)/ n(T EOS)比值的增加, 溶胶稳定性先增加后降低。在酸性条件下, 溶胶稳定性随pH 值增大而升高。
