摘要: 通过对膨润土酸化处理得到活性白土,并以活性白土为载体浸渍负载硫酸铁,得到Fe 2(SO 4)3/膨润
土固体酸催化剂。通过萘的异丙基化反应考察硫酸质量分数、硫酸铁溶液浓度以及活化温度对Fe 2(SO 4) 3/膨润土
催化性能的影响,得出了适宜的催化剂制备工艺条件:硫酸质量分数为10%,硫酸铁溶液浓度为0.08mol/L,活化温
度为200℃。并用XRD,BET,TG和SEM 对催化剂进行了表征

Abstract: Fe2(SO4)3/bentonite solid acid catalyst was prepared, which the bentonite was disposed using H2SO4 and the catalyst carriers dipped with Fe2(SO4)3 solution. The influence of H2SO4 mass fraction, Fe2(SO4)3 concentration and activation temperature on the Fe-B/SO42- catalytic performances through isopropylation reaction of naphthalene was investigated. The suitable preparing technology conditions were obtained as follows: H2SO4  mass fraction is 10%, Fe2(SO4)3 concentration is 0.08 mol/L and activation temperature is 200 ℃. Meanwhile, the Fe2(SO4)3/bentonite catalyst was characterized by XRD, BET, TG and SEM methods, respectively.
