焦化蜡油糠醛抽出油制备沥青再生剂的研究

Preparation of Asphalt Rejuvenator Using Furfural Extracted Oil from Coking Gas Oil

摘要: 青岛炼化公司的焦化蜡油经过糠醛抽提工艺得到糠醛抽出油, 由于其芳烃含量高, 可作为沥青再生 剂的调合组分。将其与 AH - 9 0直馏沥青调合制备再生剂, 并评价了再生剂对老化沥青的再生性能。结果表明, 富含 芳烃的抽出油通过添加质量分数分别为9 0%、 7 0%、 5 0%、 8 6. 8%以及6 0. 7%的 AH - 9 0沥青可以制备出5种符合 N B / SH / T0 8 1 9—2 0 1 0标准的热拌沥青再生剂产品 RA 5、 RA 2 5、 RA 7 5、 RA 2 5 0和 RA 5 0 0。将5种再生剂与氧化沥 青按不同比例混合, 得到的再生沥青性能与 AH - 7 0号沥青性能相当, 表明本研究研制的再生剂能够满足产品的技术 要求。

Abstract: The furfural extracted oil was obtained through furfural extraction processing of coking gas oil from Qingdao Petrochemical Company. Due to its high aromatics content, it can be used to produce asphalt rejuvenator. The rejuvenators was prepared by blending extracted oil with AH90 asphalt, and the performance of the rejuvenated asphalt was evaluated. It was found that five types of rejuvenators(RA5, RA25, RA75, RA250 and RA500) can be produced via adding AH90 asphalt into extracted oil using the mass percentages of 90%, 70%, 50%, 86.8% and 60.7% respectively, which all met the requirements of NB/SH/T 0819—2010 specification. After mixing the five rejuvenators with aged asphalt using different ratios, the rejuvenated asphalts showed the similar properties with the AH70 asphalt. And it indicated that the prepared rejuvenators in this study can satisfy the technique requirements of the products.
