基于断桥结构LNG罐式集装箱内接管传热分析

Heat Transfer Analysis of LNG Tank Container Inner Pipe based on Broken Bridge Structure

摘要: 深冷液化天然气(LNG)罐式集装箱是最典型的运输液化天然气的设备,具有机动性高、灵活性强的优点,由于罐式集装箱运行工况较为复杂,罐内介质易燃、易爆且需在低温环境下储存,因此对集装箱的保冷性能要求较高。基于有限元理论结合实际工况,利用ANSYS软件针对LNG罐式集装箱顶部进液管沿轴向的漏热量问题进行计算和分析,发现其沿轴向的热流密度大,外界环境中的热量极易沿管路传入到罐内,传热速率快,特将断桥结构引入到管路的优化设计中,提出改进方案以实现热流阻断的效果。

Abstract: Cryogenic liquefied natural gas (LNG) tank container is the most typical equipment for transporting liquefied natural gas. It has the advantages of high mobility and flexibility. Due to the complex operation conditions of tank containers, the medium inside the tank is flammable and explosive and needs to be stored in low temperature environment, and the requirement for the cold insulation performance of the container is high. Based on the finite element theory and the actual working conditions, this paper calculates and analyzes the heat leakage problem along the axial direction of the top inlet pipe of LNG tank container by using ANSYS software, and it is found that the heat flux along the axial direction is high. The heat in the external environment is easily transferred into the tank along the pipeline and the heat transfer rate is fast. The broken bridge structure is introduced into the optimization design of the pipeline and an improved scheme is put forward to achieve the effect of heat flow blocking.
